Sales rep. that was helping me today was being sarcastic and rude about my comments on a bag. I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards my comments. She was really pushing me into buying the bag, saying that I was already there and that I should might as well buy the bag because I was there already. Didn’t like their customer service at all this time. Very unhappy.

By far the worst coach in the east bay. I have been a loyal coach buyer for 10 years. I just love that soft buttery leather. What I don’t like us the attitudes of the staff in this location. Like I’m not good enough to shop here. Well that’s fine, I’ll take my money to Emeryville or San Francisco

The selection is better than the little section that’s setup inside Macy’s, & customer service is top notch!

The customer service and the sales people at this location are awesome! Have had great experiences in this store even when I don’t buy anything when makes it that much more of a pleasant experience when I do! :)

I don’t really know what it is about this store but when I walk in I get a bit ignored until Super Serg bust out the wallet then I see smiles… It works all the time.
So Super Serg got her a CHELSEA LEATHER SHOPPER and a wallet as well. I was gong to make it a full outfit which means getting her a watch as well but i know she doesn’t like them.
So overall for the accountant. I think sh will be happy

The only reason why I come here is because of my mother. No other woman will make me go into a store like this! But my mom loves this store because of all the C’s on their products. She loves that being that her name starts with a C. That is all. The workers seemed really nice to my mom though so good job!

Antonella is an outstanding sales rep. She was so super helpful in finding me what I was looking for… She asked a lot of questions so as to determine what best suited my needs/​interests. It was such a pleasant shopping experience here :)

I really did need it, my wallet was a goner, and my designer bag is way to big, and expensive for my *granny-​nanny* life…
It all stared with the red patent wallet… and it needed the handbag friend… you know how it is!

Buzzles. They didn’t have a wallet to match my new purse. I’ll try my luck at Valley Fair or San Francisco Coach locations. Store is small, not enough selection, but the staff is pretty helpful.

Clean and sleek much like their bags this store is spacious and a place I love to pop in and check out. The goods are displayed in a manner that tickles your bag lust bone… well mine anyway. I was greeted when I walked in, asked questions about what I was looking for and then left alone to do my shopping. this is necessary when picking up a bag. The gal checked in with me a couple of more times and when i was ready to ring up a fresh new bag was brought from the back. I know this is to deter shop lifting but it makes you feel like you are getting a real treat when you are presented a new bag that no one else’s, mitts have been all over. The gal was very helpful, made small talk as we were waiting and even posed for a pic for my blog… well sort of … mostly she just displayed my bag anf got out of the way. some people get irritated when I snap pics for the blog but this girl did not care. big snaps for her. Defiantly worth a stop and shop if you can.

The employees are super helpful! Being a mom, I wanted something large enough to fit a diaper and some snacks. I picked up two bags and thought and thought. The employee that helped me was very nice and listened to my reasoning. She helped with the pros and cons and I decided on getting a classic bag vs something that was trendy right now.
Now I just need a matching wallet. hint hint honey. ;-)

I bought a gift for my sister-​in-​law, and the service was outstanding. Even though I wasn’t shopping for a big ticket item, they took the time to help me out and wrap the gift beautifully.
Can’t wait for the Modesto location to open!

My guilty little pleasure… I absolutely love coach handbags for their quality and style. I was thrilled when a coach store opened nearby a few years ago. They’ve recently started sending 20% off coupons so be sure to sign up for their mailing list and don’t go in w/​out your coupon since there are a few sent out annually! Customer service has always been excellent at this location.
