This location forgot to give my friend part of her order when we went through the drive thru! She already had paid for the cinnamon twists and did not receive them or the cup of water she asked for. Do not go here!

So first they forgot a drink, then we had a hair in our nacho bell grande and THEN I had a moldy tomato in my taco. Um ew!!! Seriously?! Gross. I’ll never be back to this taco bell.

Hot. I said «hot» sauce. The girl gave me mild. I also asked for a minute to look at the menu. Silence. Awkward. What a weird place. I’m going to throw up. Food wasn’t bad. If they give you attitude, give it back. Also, take the time to double check your order. Sad to say.

I consider myself a Taco Bell connoisseur and if you are reading this, you probably consider yourself one, too. A little sad, sure, but who the hell really cares. When I want good Taco Bell, I come here. Taco shells are never stale, always the right amount of «stuff» in the burritos, and they very rarely screw up my order. Plus, the place is well run, clean, and I just get the impression that I never have to worry about someone dippin’ their junk in the topping bar. The only downside is the occasional «high roller» coming in after a big $ 20 buck win at the casino next door. They always feel the need to blast some good ol’ MC Breed through their busted stereo which forces me to yell at the drive-​thru speaker. Sigh. Such an inconvenience.

They are the worst. Potato soft taco no sauce!!! Damn easy, only thing ordered and still got it wrong.
Over the past three years, they have messed more orders then they have gotten right.

As I have said before about any fast food chain, you are eating at a fast food chain and should not be complaining about it as if it were some upper class restaurant. Looking to a lot of the bad reviews here, many people complain about rather trivial things when they are paying less than 5 $ to be filled up with cheap tasty food. In comparison to other Taco Bells, this is a great establishment. In comparison to La Piñata or any other sit in Mexican restaurants, any Taco Bell is sub par.
I give this place five stars because this Taco Bell is actually really good. Much better than the one in my local city and very clean. I have dined in and done the drive through and have always been impressed with how clean the entire restaurant is and how quickly they have my order ready.

I ordered a few tacos through the Drive-​Thru. Before I could ask for some hot sauce they shut the window on me and walked away. They handed me the food and that was it. I didnt want to waste time to go in and get the sauce. I will NEVER go to Taco barfo again!

Gayle hates it when I refer to this chain as Taco Barfo. The term was originally coined by my friend Jay, who cooked and ate well. And it’s his guiding hand that keep me out of there (for the most part). The lone exception is that my son likes it here and if he orders, so do I. Otherwise, you’ll find me down the road sampling more authentic choices.
This particular Taco Bell has recently been remodeled and is looking pretty good from its Contra Costa Boulevard vantage point. The Kid likes stopping here too and what won’t we do for our Children?

They must have fired the over-​performing workers with attention to detail. Yet again, they didn’t provide what was requested /​ordered.
Why bother asking me what I’d like when you’ll just ignore me anyhow? Remember to always check your order before you leave the premises.
Aside from that, just say no to the $ 3, pacific shrimp taco …
EDIT: Dammit … they forgot an item again today at the drive through. I wish I can take away the last star.

Yes, I am giving Taco Bell Four Stars. This is based on Customer Service at this particular location. I think they’ve recently hired some new staff and they hit the jackpot. Staff members who I’d hire in a minute. You have to consider the fact they are making shit for wages, working in a crappy area and serving (mostly) drunks who need sustenance — they take your order with total politeness, friendliness and laughter. One of them even offered to clear my table of the tray/​mess b/​c he saw me with two kids. I politely declined and did so myself, but totally duly noted his gentleman-​li-​ness.

I LOVE taco bell cravings, but this one, I will not go to again because they barely put any tomatoes on my nacho supreme and they FORGOT TO PUT ANY SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES in my 3 taco supremes. i didn’t know until I got home bc i got drive thru! So word of advice: check ur food before u leave.
