Denny’s

cheap & good! too many waitresses compared to customers, so they tend to hang together. But you can get their attention. Updates look great. So much nicer than before. They need a hostess and cashier so the waitresses don’t have to do everything.

This place has very poor service. I have had only two out of at least ten services be quality.
Every time I go in, my food is either overcooked or undercooked and always missing something. The servers take forever to give you silverware, drinks, condiments, etc. Last time, my husband order coffee and an entrée and he asked for creamer and sugar. They brought a small bit of sugar but no creamer and no spoon to stir. He waited until our food finally came out (almost 20 mins later) to get silverware because the absent-​minded waitress kept forgetting.
This was on his birthday no less!

The past few times we have been in for breakfast have been terrible. This morning was the worst. There is a sign in sheet that customers can’t use, someone has to sign you in. People stay lined up inside to even get on the list. We were seated and waited for drinks for about 20 min. We weren’t given silverware so we couldn’t stir our coffee, our waitress never came back once to check on us. We waited another 40 min to get our food… Which we had to ask a front desk worker about and to get us silverware. They need a better manager or they will lose business. We won’t be back

This Place has really updated this whole place. It looked so nice in here I forgot it was Dennys. I always order breakfast food and for the first time I randomly tried what ever our nice waitress suggested. it was the Hulk burger. OMG soo good though egg, bacon and hash brown with pepper sauce on a chedder bun… OMG! I want to go back real LIFE. Make your own burger, and make your own grand slam. The manager sat and had a conversation with us and he was nice too. This really changed my view on Dennys. I love this on though! Oh and the lemonade for some reason was the best I have ever had. I think Im over doing it but I am really loving this new place. i dont have to drive so far for IHOP

Let me start by saying that I have a love for diners, and I feel the Denny’s franchise encompasses what a true diner could be. With that said, the Plant City Denny’s is pretty sorry. The recent remodel looks amazing, and it’s much cleaner than it was months ago (when we walked out after a roach was crawling out of a hole in the wall). But, we went tonight for a late dinner and we were very disappointed. We sat for almost 20 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time and it still took a long time for food to come out. In the middle of our experience a waitress comes from the back and tells all the other staff that the manager wants them all in the back «right now». It seemed very unprofessional. As it left about 5 tables on the floor with no wait staff. The remodel for this establishment will be money wasted if the management does not get their act together. Improve service, train your staff better, encourage communication between wait staff and kitchen, and for the love of God, please start focusing on the people at the tables. The service has always been notoriously terrible here, and there’s no excuse for it. Restaurant industry = SERVICE INDUSTRY. You will not see success until the the service if fixed.

The place is less than half full and I’ve been waiting an hour for my order. It took 40 minutes to get the side salads after asking twice. I guess there is a reason some people work at Dennys… this location is so unorganized and slow.

The only place hired sex offenders to work around kids lots of sexual harrasment explotation disrespect races and if they dont like you after hired you u will be fired unless you let the managers treat you like shit

Really friendly service but the place is kinda gross. The inside and especially bathroom. Avoid the restroom at all cost. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years

Just your typical Denny’s, but from my experiences, I’ve always received very quick service and the wait staff is incredibly friendly. Right off exit 22 on I-​4!
