This was a terrible subway experience. Incompetent workers who did not know how to correctly use a coupon and totally screwed me over with my cookie coupon. Not going to this one again.

I was realllyyyyy in the mood for some Subway tonight, and although I know that Subway restaurants close at 10 pm, I figured I had some time to run in and out without being a nuisance. I got to the location at 9:50(which is PLENTY of time to grab a sandwich and leave before 10) and walked in the door. The young man at the counter said, «we are closed» without even looking at me. I quickly felt embarrassed, thinking I was at fault for being late and left. As I was leaving, I checked the time and realized that they were in fact, NOT closed yet. So I went back to the restaurant and asked the gentleman when they closed. He looked at me and said, «10, but I already shut down my register.» Now, having worked in customer service myself, I completely understand what it is like to be excited to leave work and what it is like to have plans afterwards. What I do cannot understand is how the management there thinks that it is acceptable. He was not only rude and unprofessional, he also turned down two loyal customers BEFORE closing time. If you’re going to close before 10 pm, do NOT put up a sign that says you close at 10. This leads to angry customers that write Unilocal reviews, like me!

We’ve all had Subway before but this location is my faveeeeeeeeeeeeeee. It’s super close to work {I’m all about convenience!} and I love the people who work here. I always get the same thing. boring I know… but I love that the guys who work the day shift here always remember my order. They are so friendly and QUICK. I can be in and out of here in like 60 seconds. It’s so legit! I’m sure I’ll continue going here 4−7x a week.
