We ordered the first fruit smoothie(berry banana?) on the menu, and were quite disappointed. I think half the cup was shaved ice, or ice fragments, so A) I didn’t feel we got our $ 6 worth, and B) there was no taste as the smoothie was WAY too cold. Even after we’d let is sit for 30 minutes to thaw, the mixture had no flavor. On the bright side, I think they use fresh fruits to make it, as opposed to the powders in some other smoothie places. However their smoothie didn’t taste any better… I can do better at home for a fraction of the price. Avoid unless you like your smoothie to be mainly ice.

I found this place looking for new things around my home to try and I’m so glad I found it! I’ve never had an açai bowl and holy moly was it delicious! I had the berry banana bowl and it was totally worth it. The juices and drinks are a little expensive but it leaves you with a lot of energy and totally full! Also, I got a small green apple juice and the cup was big! and it filled me up! So far, so delicious.

I love love love this place. So vegan friendly, and they will gladly modify anything to meet any allergy needs. My favorites are the PB bowl(which I modify with almond butter, apple juice instead of cashew milk, and gluten-free granola), and the pitaya(dragonfruit) bowl. All the fruit and ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly, and everything I’ve had has been great. So refreshing for breakfast, after a workout, or just as a treat. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Worst Nekter in the metroplex save your time and money and go to the one by SMU or Southlake. They have you sign up for promos, but they don’t except any because they are a franchise. I love Nekter and get their juice cleanses and love love love the pitaya bowl and toxin flush, but this location just can’t seem to make them as well as the other location. After my last 2⁄3 full juice, I swore I would never come back, but I was close by and got an email about the $ 105 three day juices… and again they don’t except these and don’t offer their own. I’m headed down to SMU’s Nekter where the employees are nice and smile, fill drinks to to the brim and offer all promos… and they make the best drinks and Bowls!!!

Good juice but customer service and décor is sub-par. They have one table and the juice seems somewhat diluted. Overpriced.

Love all of the bowls– acai is my favorite. Fruits and veggies are expensive so the prices are what I would expect to pay. Juices are great. Haven’t tried any of the smoothies. Love that it’s so close to my house!

I LOVE this place! Like previous posters have said, go with an acai bowl! It is so much bang for your buck. The pitaya bowl is wonderful… the berry banana bowl is wonderful… It is all wonderful. Download the rewards app on your phone! You won’t be sorry. I am addicted and now go in every Friday after my workout. Friday is my favorite day of the week because it is Nekter day. The employees are friendly and greet me at 7:15 like it is 12 in the afternoon. The fresh fruits are delicious, the juices are great… you will love it too. Yes, the prices are a little bit high compared to «fast food» places, but you are fueling your body with much healthier ingredients and staying full much longer. My husband was skeptical but after trying a bite of mine last week he said«now i know why you go there so much.» Love our Park/Preston location!

Great Acai bowls! They are a large portion and melt fairly quickly so ask for a split and share with a friend! The cold pressed juices and protein in the cooler are great. My kiddos love the Orange smoothie and I love you can order 8 oz of the smoothies for the kiddos and save a buck!

Two words: Pitaya Bowl. When I was at SMU I would go to the Nekter in Snider Plaza but now that I’m a little further north I was delighted to find that they’d opened a new location in Plano!!! Every Friday for me is «treat yourself Friday» and I have a breakfast besides my typical homemade smoothie. I know a Pitaya Bowl AKA a smoothie bowl doesn’t exactly sound like a «treat», but trust me. ITIS! With agave nectar, sliced banana, and coconut on top… ugh it’s so good. The acai bowls are delicious too but I can’t leave my pretty pink pitaya. It’s more expensive than, say, a McDonald’s breakfast, but what do you expect?! You get fresh, real, WHOLE foods that are filling and healthy! Oh and their juices and smoothies are good too. Duh :)

I really like the smell of the fresh veggies and fruit when you walk into the juice bar. You get this happy feeling because you’re about to enjoy something delicious and healthy. The space is small, but it’s clean and very inviting. The selection is comparable to other places such as Roots Juice and The Juice Bar. Not being able to find a single juice bar that makes a juice to my liking, I stick with the smoothies. I ordered the berry banana burst smoothie which was good, but overpriced. I don’t know how much healthier these smoothies are compared to jamba juice, but there are too many variables that make jamba juice more appealing. You can’t beat the size & price of those smoothies! Perhaps I’ll try the acai bowl next time. I saw a few people enjoying these and a friend recommended it.

Fresh and delicious. Very friendly service. I’m glad we finally have a quality juice bar in the hood. They also offer cleanses and grow their own wheatgrass. A++++++++++ Gloria rocks as well!

Called in because to we were in a rush and needed our bowls right away. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell us that they do not take phone orders and to come in and order because they«weren’t busy.» 20 minutes later. I’m still sitting here waiting for my bowl and I’m late to where I need to go.

average af took way too long for an acai banana berry bowl. Price is worth the amount but not the taste… totally had high expectations but ehh 3 stars bc everything is clean and it’s not terrible just doesn’t live up to the hype

I’m always on the lookout for a place that sells fresh, not pasteurized, juices. Stopped by on Sunday and picked up a 16 oz build your own juice. For build your own, you can customize your juice selection. I think this is great! I selected beets, carrots and parsley. I usually buy my juice at Whole Foods but this is a better option for me as far as freshness is concerned. I didn’t order anything else. It was a great price also at $ 5.95. I noticed it was very clean also.

I decided on the Health Nut Smoothie(choice of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter, with banana, homemade vanilla cashew milk, pea protein(don’t ask me), and agave nectar. The lady recommended I get the smoothie rather than the juice(lasts longer and can’t be quickly gulped down). I trusted her expertise(being my first time here). Now, I know they just opened, but does it really take 14 minutes for a smoothie? It wasn’t busy(5 people) so I just assume they are still training people. For $ 7.50 for a 24 oz. cup I’m not sure if it’s worth the money, but I wanted to try it out. I probably should have gone with my gut and gotten a juice because after about 4 sips of the Health Nut, I didn’t want any more(too thick). I’ve heard great things about the Acai Berry Banana Bowl, so I may give it another try.

Stopped by for my first experience this morning. I woke up super hungry and the only thing on my mind was a big greasy breakfast, but I remembered Nekter was now open. I opted for a healthy breakfast since I’ve been waiting ages for Nekter to open. I ordered the Buzz juice which was a carrot orange juice. It was fresh tasting and had the right balance of veggies and fruit, but I will say I’ve had better. Again, I was hungry this morning so I also ordered the Acai banana berry bowl. I have never had one of these bowls and after tasting I can say it won’t be my last. After receiving my juice a few minutes after ordering about ten minutes went by and I was getting anxious for my acai bowl. Apparently it takes four people to make these bowls and I’m guessing this was the reason for the long wait? Despite them moving at a snails pace the bowl blew my taste buds. Super delicious and filling and I’m already planning my next trip for one of these beauties.

Pretty cool place, casual atmosphere. Just opened but employees were pretty helpful. Tons of healthy options and even a grab and go section

I have been waiting for this location to open and am so happy it finally did(last Sunday to be exact)! It is next to Chipotle off of the very busy Park & Preston intersection. The interior was clean and simple and reflected Nekter’s concept very well. I appreciate that they prepare everything with fresh ingredients, nothing artificial. I was debating between the Pink Flamingo vs. the Açaí Banana Berry, but decided on the latter. I was happy with my decision, as the açaí bowl was delicious. It was very refreshing and had a good amount of fruit, which I loved. Service was excellent, as expected.
