Model Cleaners failed to deliver 4 shirts and 2 suits in June. I called the Manager Tim, and after many phone calls, said that his driver had a malfunction with the clothes in the truck and that my suits and shirts may have been delivered to the wrong location. He said that he would contact those who might have them. After a few phone calls later, no shirts, no suits. Suddenly the suits and shirts appeared on my door. I called them to find out, and they did not know they had been delivered. So, I am assuming they were delivered by a neighbor. I then took inventory of my suits and found that 4 suits are missing! I called and left a message with no answer, and also left an email… no answer to that either. Today I received a call from Tim,(August25), and I just can’t afford to lose any more suits. I will be doing business elsewhere.

A young child is the cashier who cannot explain the services as an older woman looks from the back and observes the confusion caused by the untrained employee… first frustration-SHE DOESNOTHINGTOHELP! The second is the lack of chairs in the front because you really need to sit down before asking how much the total bill will be. I, as a customer, felt like I was bothering them by bringing them my business. More competition might change the way they conduct business. Employees bad attitudes combined with outrageous prices makes me wonder where the business sense is at. Off to Sams…

Absolutely awful service and the highest prices of any dry cleaner in or around the Pittsburgh area. Hidden fees upwards of $ 4.50 per shirt exist for any shirt that is not made of cotton! This wasn’t made clear until I picked the shirts up from the Model Cleaners on Cochran Road in Greentree/Mt. Lebo area and received a bill upwards of $ 85 after expecting only a $ 30 charge. The older woman that worked the front counter at this location was extremely rude and short with me… absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. STAYAWAY
