Suburban Dry Cleaners

I was going to try this place, but saw their sign behind the counter that says «not responsible for broken buttons.»
Really? Listen, I don’t break buttons! Cleaners break buttons!
A good cleaner will check buttons themselves and REPLACE broken buttons as part of their work. A half-​decent one will do it on request.
I cannot do business with a group like this.

Very disappointed with this dry cleaner. Had a small hole in a set of pants by a belt buckle. Came back with hand stitches that were messy and very noticeable. Definitely not worth the expensive prices.

I just took some curtains to be adjusted. It was a simple fix but I didn’t have a sewing machine strong enough to do it. Roost was gracious they were done in a week and each panel only cost eight dollars. You can’t beat it! Keep up the good work suburban dry cleaners!

I stopped in for help with a beautiful blazer I ruined (don’t wash dry clean only pieces that is what I have learned the hard way) and a few other pieces. They did a beautiful job repairing and cleaning the blazer that now looks brand new. Also, on a few other pieces I wasn’t really set on fixing, the tailor called me himself to make sure the prices were ok because the repairs would cost a substantial amount. I am grateful he called me because it would have been more to fix the pieces than they cost, so we decided not to repair those items. The pieces he did fix though turned out beautifully. The staff there is very friendly and they genuinely care about the work they do and taking care of their customers. While dry cleaning and tailor services are pricey, they do a really nice job with your things and they are friendly to work with. If you have something you LOVE and it needs some TLC, they will bring it back to life for you. Thank you suburban dry cleaners for your wonderful customer service and quality work.
