Ordered one meal. No other cars in lot. Been sitting here for over 20 minutes now. Rediculous. Employees inside sitting on counters nobody working and it’s not even remotely close to closing time

I do have to say the last several times we did go back we have had nothing but Great Service! I am not so sure what happened to make them change but it’s a good thing whatever it was! We also love the fact we can call in our order while driving to the Sonic and by time we get there it’s all ready and hot! It makes it really fast service!
