Super unhappy with his place, the guy charged me extra to put half and half in my iced coffee… it’s free at the bar!!! Wtf? Is that a convenience fee??? I’ll pour it myself if that’s the case!

drive thru was fast and service was also good!

I usually come here in the night. And this had to be my favorite Starbucks all year. Every one here is supper friendly and inviting and knows there drinks.
–Danny is a really cool batista who is more than glad to help me with new drinks and always recommends a good regular coffee or espresso when the new blends are in.
–Erick is the guy to go to if you like the sweet stuff. He can make a full custom drink just by the aroma and texture. It is cool to watch him make new Frappuccino and latte. Or you can get the norm.
–Krista seems to always be happy. She can make a visit very pleasant with her smile and cheerful attitude. Even if I did mess up her name once. Thank you.
–Ryan seems to be busy all the time. But he makes sure to greet me and take my order almost every time he is her.
— And then Bri. Although newer, She is very polite and has made sure my drinks are right.

I ordered a iced white chocolate mocha and the barista in drive thru hands it to me with coffee overflowing the cup. I grabbed it and automatically my hands were sticky. I looked at him and he says, «that’s how they handed it to me» smh he did offer to double cup it. Horrible experience here

I would just like to say that the manager Joanne and her staff are excellent and super kind. Thank you so much from North Ranchito Elementary school for making Cookies With Santa such a big success. Thank you for your generosity and truly making this community part of your family.

Fast and Friendly… Only thing missing is their instant refreshers for purchasing. There always out of stock!

I get my iced coffee here everyday and they have good customer service. They try to get your order out to you fast and correct. They almost always get my order right. The atmosphere there is very tranquil when you walk in.

[Joanne R.] does not represent a «great» manager, or a «good,» for that matter. She is absolutely rude and thinks that she is on top of the world because she manages a Starbucks store LOL. Unfortunately, this is all she has grown to know in her 27 years of life; from Barista to Manager and no completed education.
Then we have associates that make it obnoxiously obvious in the manner they discuss people and judge them. For instance, [Jessica Y.]: the poor dark girl whom is constantly loud and obnoxious, along with her twiggy sister whom is nameless. They both have extra round bottle cap glasses and have no manners at work, and I can assure much less at home. It is rude to announce and yell when a customer is walking to the restroom, or to even express out loud (over the music) as to what you personally think of someone. Also, do not snap at customers or wave your phone at them with the time, in order to kick them out five minutes before closing hours. Much of your actions can trigger legal actions from people if you are not cautious. Keep in mind, they are contributing to your check. I am extremely observant on behaviors, which is why I guess my observations explain why they are stuck here :) Do yourself a favor, and grow up or lose your future. If the District or even Executive officers do not come across the opportunity to witness the type of people that are running their business; I will definitely make sure they do. I know this is ‘too harsh,’ but I speak the truth in order for customer’s to fairly receive service for the hard work earned dollars they spend. Let’s reciprocate ;)

This location did not fail in getting my drink right for 3 days in a row. My signature drink is a tall latte.

LOVE. First Starbucks I’ve been to that actually cares about their customers and their needs. The barista Danny I think (can’t read the name tag) went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were good and even asked to check in on us. He was also super friendly to everyone walking in. The cashier was also great, after changing our order a few times, he kept cool and didn’t mind and was also super friendly. Way to go Starbucks! Did good with your employees here.

I waited 15 min for my 3 drinks while the barista was making drinks for his co worker. Messy and mediocre caramel macchiato w caramel spilled all over the outside of the cup.

I’ve gone to this locations a hundred times (weekday mornings) and always have a good experience. The other day was an exceptionally pleasant morning when James the barista was calling out the names for finished drinks. He was doing an amazing job with animated voices! :) thanks for going the extra mile James, it made my day.

Good coffee and friendly staff. No drive thru, but there is plenty of parking around since is inside the plaza.

No phone orders very disappointing especially when other Starbucks do. If they were fast enough when we walk in I wouldn’t mind. Some of us have to get to work !! :(No coffee bad day

The people were nice and my caramel macchiato was amazing! It’s hard to get it just right and they got it. They were super friendly and it didn’t take long at all for my drink or any of the customers around. Thanks guys!

Generic Starbucks review.
Staff are friendly enough, no drive-​thru for this one but lots of tables and chairs inside plus free wifi… I think.
They open till late which is perfect for those who like to study at coffee shops.
I remember meeting PC here and we both ordered cake and forgot to take it because we were both nervous. #pimping
Is it safe to say then that this place owes me 2 coffee cakes? Won’t hold my breath but this is another good hangout spot.

Going in to work a little later in the morning has made this Starbucks ultra convenient !! The place gets a little packed but the baristas are in top of their game and make the lines move quite smoothly so you can get your coffee and be on your way. It’s a little smaller than my usual Starbucks but has everything you need including a coupe of tables to get some work done.
If you are here to study be warned that it does get a little loud in here…

BE AWARE… I was at the bar preparing my coffee. I decided to reach for a brochure as soon as I opened it out POPPED A ROACH !!! Go at your own risk. I shared this with a gentlemen there n he said it came from outside probably or the Asian restaurant next door which was supposedly infested with roaches. I haven’t gone back.
