Janet was very helpful. She even swept out our unit before we moved into it! She accepted the declaration page of my homeowners, and did not require I purchase their insurance.(As someone else had written). She lives on site, which makes me feel my things are safer. I like the gate hours, which are until 8pm daily, significantly later than the others I looked at. The floor is even, at another facility I looked at there was a lip the entire length of the unit, reducing storage space with no flat surface by 10 inches.

Three things I did not like. You are required to use a lock that they sell — $ 9.99. You are required to buy their insurance — $ 10 a month. The doors to the 10×12 lockers are only 4 ft wide. Note also that the some of the rows in this location are too small for a pickup truck with a trailer.

I originally found this storage place on Unilocal.I have been pleased with the service I have recieved. I took advantage of the free truck + man, and had no complaints. Everyone has been rather kind and helpful. I feel good that my stuff in storage is safe and secure!

I had a great experience with StorQuest from the time I called the company for information while shopping around for self storage units, to moving my belongs into my unit. They were helpful with all the details of renting a unit and moving into a space and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their pricing was affordable and what sold me was the free moving truck with a driver to help move my belongings into the unit. They have made it an easy transition into renting a unit with great customer service.
