Scott and Doris are great people to work with. Any time I interact with them they are friendly and personable. I have a large Travel Trailer that I needed to store. Scott spend quite a bit of time trying to find the perfect spot for my trailer. Doris and Scott, had me come to the facility 3 times to show me options. We finally found a great spot that fits my trailer and does not negatively impact other renters. He additionally would not sign the paperwork until I brought my trailer onsite to ensure we both were comfortable with the location.
Prices are the best around, access hours are great too. Multiple security cameras throughout the facility.
Very happy with their service and facility.

The customer service with this company is good and the manager is fine. That’s not the issue… They give you 1 month free, but you still pay a fee which is okay. BUT after 4 months they cranked up my rental fee. They didn’t even have the decency to wait 6 months, and I have 2 units…
That was painful… So I would recommend find a company that offers a contract not a raise your rate at will with this company!!!

Other than the fact I had to call several times to check on the auto pay status of my account the first few months, I love this storage unit.
