Not sorry to give one star. Wish I could give it less. The manager at night quit so the store has gone horrible. Knats everywhere. Found 3 on my pizza and 2 on my cheese bread. Sam (the blonde manager) was using bleach on the floor and touched the garbage can then proceeded to put together pizzas without washing her hands. Don’t come here. Horrible. They had a customer waiting for 30 minutes while his pizza sat up in the cold. Don’t waste your time here. Horrible service and disgusting food.

Wow. Before we were finished ordering the clerk tells use to pull up to the window, so when we get there, of course, doesn’t have the order right.
Then «hot n ready» must not mean what I think it means when you have to wait 30 mins after being told the wait time is 10 mins.
Too many pizza places around to tolerate this type of service or lack of service. I won’t be back and I’ll pass the word alone too.

Horrible service! On a Monday night around 9:27pm, the open sign is on, and the hours on door and drive through say open until 10. So after about 5 minutes waiting for the truck in front to order, I pull up to ask for a hot and ready. They tell me it’s gonna be 30 – 35 minutes for one, I told her it takes 7 – 10 minutes to cook it and she says they have to prep it first. Then goes on to say, they are about to close at around 9;49 before hours. Claims no manager was there, then we pull up to the front and there’s a manager hanging on to the front door like a child laughing with some kids in front on the store. I guess they let teenagers run this store.

Horrible service! What’s the point of this place to be in business if they won’t make a fresh cheese pizza?! I asked for a cheese pizza and they gave me a burnt and cold pizza. I asked for fresh pizza. They told me to accept it. I said forget it, give me my money back then. Of course, I have to wait about three minutes for them to think if they should give me money back or not?
Sheesh, how hard is it to make new one?

Their customer service is horrible. They are always slow, rude, and when having multiple people come to the front to order the girl is in the back, doesn’t come up front to greet anyone. I watched people walk out because of the lack of customer service and acknowledgement. I’d rather pay the money for gattis. Not ever coming back here.

Called in my normal order today, when I got home the order was wrong. The crazy bread combo was cinnamon sticks, pizza was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni. Got home all pepperoni. Had to call twice do to be put on hold the first time for more than 10 min, the second time 2 and a half.

Giving them one star is a huge stretch the service is awful. I’ve called in my pizza order every time and I’ve had to wait at the location 15 to 20 minutes each time as they make my pizza. As I arrived I ask if my pizza was ready they said it’s coming out of the oven right now. 15 minutes later they pulled it out of the oven the service is extremely dishonest flat out they lie to you.

Went in last night for pizza and none were ready. She said 10 – 15 min wait so I ordered one pepperoni and crazy bread. After waiting 45 min I started noticing people ordering the same pizza I ordered and leaving. This had also happened to the 4 women who were ahead of me. The girl at the counter was rude and would ignore you. When you tried to speak to her. I recently moved here and this was the first time I have gone to this location and I will not return again nor will I encourage others to go there either. This place needs new management and retrained staffed.

I don’t expect much from Little Caesers, just give me the shitty pizza when it’s HOT rather than after it’s been sitting for hours and I’m good. Also. if I call to tell you about crappy food don’t tell me «that didn’t happen». What?
I got some crazy bread yesterday. Long story short it was hard as a rock and disgusting. The rude unkempt manager told me over the phone: «I put in new bread that didn’t happen».
Trashy people serving trashy food… steer clear.
