Over $ 8 for one shirt– Batshit. No estimate at drop off. Lady shares that there is a coupon AFTER payment is made. $ 200 later I won’t be needing your coupon because Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Bottom Line Up Front — @#$% these people — they lost my clothing and they will lose yours too. About 2 months ago dropped of my favorite pair of Haggar khaki pants to be put into one of their 24 hours lockers when finished. When I went to pick it up a week later they were no where to be found. The desk clerk stated that they had put them into the locker and that I must of picked them up. I knew they were wrong but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go searching throughout my house. No luck! I couldn’t explain it. Here’s the catch — THEYGIVEYOU A BAGWITHYOURNAMEANDPHONENUMBERONIT. That 24 hour drop off bag was with my pants. So toady, go figure, what do they hand me, THATVERYBAG without my pants. So in short they were wrong, they lost my pants and they wasted my time. The only reason I can think you might do business with them is because of their 24 hour lockers. That’s if they don’t lose your clothing.

I dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned because there was a grease spot on it. We pointed out the spot to the person taking in our clothes and they said that they would get it taken care of no problem. When I picked up the suit today, the same grease spot was there. There were also a few other minor blemishes that looked like they hadn’t been touched and it was still wrinkled. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I pointed this out to the employee who asked me if we wanted them to get the stain out. I said that I did and she informed me that I would have to pay to get it cleaned again. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I always used Reid’s until I moved, and this Jack Brown location was more convenient for me. The first time, I dropped of a mixed load of casual clothes and dress clothes. When I picked everything up, the casual clothes were fine, but the dress clothes were not up to par. The dress shirts looked wrinkled, the french cuffs looked super sloppy, it was just a mess. After that, I went back to Reid’s for my dress clothes and kept bringing casual clothes to Jack Brown. Now, it seems like they can’t even get casual clothes right. They bleached one of my black Polos and another Polo had white spots all over it. The people at the store are super nice, but whoever they ship your clothes to, they are crap. I am done. Back to Reid’s with all of my clothes.
