Pizza Peddler

Being relatively new to the area, one night we decided to check this place out. We’d never seen cars out front but thought it might be undiscovered. I LOVE pizza, but have only had about 3 pizzas in my life that I couldn’t finish eating. This was one of them. Initially the smell of the pizza was «off» (veggie mushroom & onion). I’d never smelled anything like it and it flustered me the whole drive home. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I ate some of it. It felt really «off» and we never finished eating the whole pizza. Comment on the sit-​down restaurant itself: cheap, beaten up, with other people’s trash under the tables. Very nice Greek owner, but couldn’t help but think the ingredients had gone off. Won’t go back, there are much better choices here in Peterborough (La Mia Casa, Pizza Barn.)

New management and staff. Food quality took a hit. Bland is in and flavor got lost. With close proximity to high school, this has always been a place for the kids to eat. They are well behaved, but it is a kids place. We normally call in our order and take it home for a grown-​up environment.

Their food is a good price and I used to come hear almost weekly but they aren’t what they used to be when it first opened up and it’s become pretty generic.

This is the old hillsborough house piazza that I grew up loving. Same guys different place. Pizzas are really good probably the best in Peterborough I am personally partial to the chicken bacon ranch. I would normally give 5 stars but the quality of the subs isn’t really great. I feel like unless you get sausage, meatball or something like that you will get a sub filled with wet shredded lettuce and sometimes will half water drip out while you are eating for added enjoyment. Sides are pretty good, the boneless buffalo wings are very good, also very good on a pizza.

Pizza Peddler has it all. From the great food to friendly staff. It is the most frequent place I order from around here. The Texas Burger will have you back for more. Not only that, they also heavily support the local schools, from donating money to providing food to sports teams. Bacon chicken ranch calzone is a great pick.

Pizza Peddler has good food whether pizza, subs or other items, and the people are very nice. They also help out the local middle and high schools a lot for concessions and fundraising. Definitely go to Pizza Peddler, it’s good for everybody!

I think Pizza Peddler has the best pizza in town. Good burgers too. Nice to find a pizza joint in this area that actually serves burgers too. Makes my picky kids happy.
