Yeah im with them on no stars… the customer service is great and the food was fast. I ordered a salad and the put a old piece of chicken on it. Then after i was given fresh chicken. I found a bug with a wing in it. Yeah i love whataburger but i will not attend that one any more

I love the fries. I think the burgers are dry. My girlfriend loves the burgers. Service was quick and speedy, but it was not busy. Drive through, of course.

The staff here is extremely friendly, but the food is very inconsistent. I’ve gotten some pretty sad looking food burgers here before, even for fast food burgers. The only reason I come back, besides Whataburger being one of the only convenient late-night restaurants in my area, is because the customer service compared to the Shadow Creek location is outstanding.

If I could rate no stars I would. This restaurant is absolutely filthy. Service and food were mediocre at best. Find another Whataburger

10am and ridiculously busy! What looked like a manager was running the place like a machine. This guy Ross was pretty exhausting to watch. Helping customers and restocking with speed and a smile. Super patient with customers even though they were unhappy about waiting. Good job man!

This knockoff food has my stomach doing all sorts of acrobatics. They don’t give you burgers they give you salads between a bun. I’ll have to remind myself not to buy food on a whim again. You would think with Five Guys across the street they would do better but nope. The flavor isn’t an issue but there’s no way that was real meat. I’ll be suffering all day behind this. Oh and the amount of fries is a joke plus they must be the frozen kind. When you get a chance make your own fries at home with just a small potato and you’ll see what I mean. If you think about the way all restaurants charge three times the cost of making your meal I just got a burger, fry, and drink that somehow is really worth little more than $ 2. Can you still call what they serve food? If you don’t mind the BGs, whataburger is the place for you. I guess everyone needs to do a little spring cleaning from time to time.

Customer service experience was non existent. Cashier Matilda claimed to be the manager, even though the kitchen was full of workers. Should have been my first clue. POS has NFC, but it does not work. First credit card would not swipe, «manager» said she could not enter it manually. A new restaurant, so sad. Lost my business.

This location is not a good representation of what whataburger can be. Burgers always seem old and not hot! Gravy seems liquidy. Would definitely drive farther to a different location

My morning breakfast experience at the drive-thru. Voicebox: What can I make for you this morning? Me: #20 meal(taquito meal) Voicebox: Do you want bacon, sausage or potato? Me: No, just egg and cheese. Voicebox: OK, I have a sausage and cheese taquito. Me: No, I only want egg and cheese. Voicebox: Oh, you want bacon and cheese, then? Me: No, only egg and cheese. Voicebox: You want only egg and cheese?(asking as if I was crazy) Me: Correct. Voicebox: Did you want the meal? Me: Yes(thought that was what I was ordering when I requested #20 meal) The Voicebox now repeats me order correctly. Great, I get to have my favorite breakfast Made My Way! Wait, I think that is the rival fast food establishment’s promise. When I get to the window to pay and receive my breakfast My Way, the«Voicebox» had the personality of a tree trunk. Lighten up a little. It’ll make the day go by much faster. In case anyone is wondering, Yes, I had breakfast My Way.

Last 2 times I’ve been to this location I used the drive thru and it took FOREVER. All I ordered was a 3 piece tender meal and there wasn’t anybody in front of me in the line. I get home and it just gets worse. I wasn’t given any gravy and I found a hair in my fries on the last visit. I am done with this location.

Before maybe 3 months ago, I had only ever been to Whataburger for Honey-butter Chicken Biscuits at 3 in the morning as a final bad decision on my way home from the bar. However, I’ve since tried and fell in love with their A-1 Thick & Hearty Burger. Its delicious. Also, you can’t pass up the spicy ketchup. At home, I mix ketchup and Sriracha as my go to fries condiment, so this just saves me the trouble. A warning, this location is almost always busy and you’ll probably have to wait 5 – 10 minutes to stuff your face.

I hate when they send me to Lane B. It’s at this point you can forget about any condiments or cutlery.

It’s truly embarrassing when I think about how many times I’ve hit this place up… but when you live in the burbs and tend to stay up late, your options get pretty limited. My first few experiences with Whataburger were huge disappointments and I’ve come to discover that it was probably a location thing. Since moving to Pearland, I’ve almost entirely changed my mind. The food is nothing if not consistent, but I have to say I’m disappointed that it seems like every time I find a sandwich I! totally love! they take it off the menu either seasonally, or permanently a la A1 burger. The fries look exactly like mcdonalds fries, but taste very different. Also, the ketchup they serve them with is somehow dramatically different as well. and WHATEVERYOUDO do not mix the fries/ketchup at the two places. Regular ketchup or McD’s ketchup is weird on these fries, and vice versa. I know fast food fries are truly the lowest common denominator of the drive thru world, but its like toothpaste and OJ when you pair them incorrectly. I have really warmed up to their breakfast, but only for one item: Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. The taquitos, etc. will do the trick but don’t hold a candle to the biscuit sandwiches across the road. But the chicken biscuit is killer! Its a breaded chicken tender with this super sweet buttery honey drizzle on a soft and hot biscuit. Almost every time we leave a downtown concert super late, I end up driving through for 1 or 3 of these things(oh yeah, they serve breakfast starting at 11pm!). The drive thru service is sort of a mixed bag. Half really friendly young kids truly excited to help you, half time-worn veterans that are going through the robotic motions and totally slaying quota. No real complaints… and if that A1 burger ever comes back, get one… seriously.
