Terrible food, terrible service. Employees are lazy and don’t have good attitudes. They just don’t know how to treat customers. They don’t say anything offensive or rude, but they act like robots who are just there for the paycheck.

Always love Chili’s. I found their food quality is consistent everywhere you go. However, I give this particular location a two star simply because they are allowing smoking in the bar side of the restaurant. We were told only the Pearland location does it tho so we will still go to other Chili’s

I have never in my life had such bad service. Our waitress proceeded to have a 20 minute conversation with the table next to us before even taking our drink orders. Once she brought our 3 kids their drinks in lid cups with no straws she disappeared for a good 15 minutes. We ended up just getting up and leaving. The hostess was wearing crocs, and the bathrooms were disgusting and had no hand soap. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We will never go back there.

I havent been to thish Chili’s in a while so i suggested it for sinner. Now i remember why i havent been here, and i am not exaggerating when i say this is the worst location that I have ever been to. It smells bad, because they still allow smoking. The service is slow, we waited 20 mins on our drinks, and about 45 mins for some microwaved kids pizzas and 2 appetizers. The food portions are super small and the quality is subpar, after waiting 45 mins i wouldn’t expect the food to be cold. I will never return to this location again.

I think this has to be there worst chilis chain that I have been to. I went for a late lunch & happy hour. when the bartender took my appetizer order I asked that she bring me a margarita in 5 minutes when happy hour started… she never brought it. we had finished the appetizer by the time she came back and asked if I still wanted the drink. ummm… obviously not! I will not be coming here again. horrible service & its not like they were busy… only one other patron at the bar

Smoking ALLOWED? — I’m being nice with 3 stars. When did you stop caring if you wanted your customers to care about the service they get or their health, but not both? Service is slow, so slow my appetizer came out with my meal. My meal tasted mediocre. Ordered the ribs and all they did was pour barbecue sauce on the top, not basted in barbecue POURED. When you turn them over — yup, no sauce. Where was my waitress? I was thirsty but I guess there is a one drink refill per table (there was 3 of us). I wanted dessert, but didn’t know how long that would take. Next time, I’ll drive further to eat at a different one.

Southwestern egg rolls are always great — and I hate southwest anything! The chedder bites are new. Very very salty!!! The sauce that goes with the chedder bites is ancho Chile ranch. It is the same sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. Delicious!

I definitely need to update my review on this Chili’s. I originally rated it a 1 but it should be a 3 now. Chilis has updated their look and made it much more up to date/​sleeker looking. They have also updated their menu and added turkey burgers as well as many other «healthier» items. I don’t know why the physical update has caused this location to attract better clientele and better waitresses, but it has. Although they do still allow smoking in the bar area, I swear the clientele has improved greatly.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would give this place less than one star if I could. My wife and I waited over 30 minutes to be seated, but we were treated like we were invisible, even though we were the only customers waiting to be seated. I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored.

I gave it one star because that was the only service I got. I was seated by a hostess which was the only service I got so that’s the reason for the 1 star. I waited for 20 minutes for a wait staff to come by before I left. While I waited, a few wait staff passed by my table without acknowledging me. The restaurant was barely half full of patrons and there were plenty of wait staff so there was absolutely no excuse. There was sense of urgency to do their job and as I look around I can see why. I would rather drive another 25 minutes to the next Chili’s then come back to this one. This was the worst Chili’s in Houston and the surrounding areas I’ve ever been to and will never come back to this one.

You go to Chilis because it is easy and your kids can get something they will eat without complaining about it. On that note — the service is very slow, the food mediocre, and the floors are generally pretty dirty. Every time we go I tell my husband we won’t go again. This time is the last time. It just isn’t worth it.

Less than 1 star if I could… Why does anyplace around here allow smoking? On top of that, there was a wait, but open tables everywhere, hostess never gave us any information, was rude; we just walked out. Last time we sucked it up and just sat on far side, but service was terrible. Ordered drinks through the little computer that never came … This place is terrible, will never be back

All I have to say is be prepared to wait. The service is pretty slow and do not get seated by the kitchen (like we did), there is way too much noise from the folks playing and using obscene language back there. Hey, I know you have to keep work fun, but I’m just sayin’.
The food menu has changed, so things don’t look the same as they did… a week ago. My sister and I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken and it came out with the chicken breast drowning in a soupy plate of black beans, which totally covered the rice. I wasn’t used to seeing it like this and it wasn’t tantalizing to see.

The service at this location is absolute garbage. You’ll get better service at a food truck in a construction zone.
I guess the human hair in the burger is a bonus but you’d need a waitress who is attentive to ask.
There are better options in Pearland. I’d recommend you use them.

I visit the location frequently it’s great for dinner with the family or with friends, there’s a variety of food options which I like, it’s usually pretty crowded though, I personally go for the two for twenty, it’s a great deal yet I’ve noticed there portion sizes have seemed to decrease which is not exciting and I would suggest they either hire new staff or retrain there hostess they are not welcoming or friendly which can be a turn off for the rest of your dinning experience, other then that the food is pretty consistent with quality nothing two fancy but they do offer some healthy options if your up for that, just keep in mind they do allow smoking in the bar I found out the hard way just FYI for those that don’t care for such things
