Purchased a mattress from Vincent a few weeks ago and I’ve honestly never slept better. He took the time to listen and never tried to push me into something that I didn’t like. He spent an ample amount of time to make sure I liked what I chose and I couldn’t be more thankful. The people in this store are so genuine and they don’t treat you just like another sale. Thank you so much!

So far, I’ve yet to meet a pushy, «shark-​y» car salesman. And now, I can add mattress salesmen to the list: store manager Daniel and Wade here were absolute sweethearts! Since this was me and my fiancé’s first time purchasing a new mattress together, they were *just* the right amount of helpful and knowledgeable, yet they weren’t breathing down our necks as we perused the store and tried out different mattresses. I swear, we must have circled around the store ten-​thousand times, but they were very respectful of our space — leaving us alone and only speaking up when we had questions or needed advice.
When we finally settled on a mattress, Daniel walked us through their two different financing options, and just as we were about done, I made some nonchalant comment about their fabric headboards. A minute later, we were out of our seats again, looking over the headboards. While you can easily drop $ 1K on these babies at Crate & Barrel, the headboards at Mattress Firm are as low as $ 399… and they are JUST as gorgeous! Plus, they come with a complimentary metal floor frame. I HAD to have it. Done deal. The checking out process was relatively pressure-​free and mostly under our control. I only felt uncomfortable when we declined to buying a $ 80 mattress protector sheet, but I appreciated Daniel’s offer to do a price-​match on Amazon for $ 60. The mattress, accompanying spring box, and headboard were delivered this morning and went by without a hitch. The delivery guys came on time, rolled out a red carpet outside our door (cute!), and even wore little shoe covers so they wouldn’t mess up our floor. They made sure the bed was aligned exactly the way I wanted and even left me with a 20% coupon for Bed, Bath, and Beyond, too. Helloooo pretty new bedsheets!
Definitely a great first mattress purchase experience for us!
