I went to have one watch sized and a battery for my second watch. I ended up with both watches sized perfectly, a new battery, and a lovely new jewelry case for my wife. Even though I have just spent almost $ 200, I felt great.

Took two watches in today to have links removed. I have previously taken five other watches here for battery and/or band adjustment. Each employee(different on each occasion) performed the work for $ 15 -$ 18 for each piece. Today, a female, identifying herself as the Assistant manager wanted to charge me $ 37.50 per link, per watch. I attempted to explain what I had been charged before and she became defensive. She showed me a price list book documenting the price and referred to herself as the Assistant Manager a handful of times as well as her years of work experience at Jared. I still attempted to explain that by looking up my account in the computer she could see that I’ve never been charged that much. She finally did and replied that the cost is $ 37.50 and there must have been a training error to explain the the error in prices. I stated that each employee prior charged the same. She responded that it must be a store wide training error. Needless to say I stated that I would go elsewhere. The female I dealt with today has AWFUL customer service skills. Immediately becoming defensive and telling me that her vast experience in a jewelry store chain supports the $ 37.50. She was rude and offered no conclusion to the interaction besides«a store wide training issue». Employee training issues are not your customer’s problem. This store rarely has customers in it; they must rely on their exorbitant watch work fees to keep things going.

We traded in the diamond we bought five years ago for a new Neil Lane ring for our anniversary. It has a one carat emerald cut diamond, and I just LOVE it. Michael and Sassan were so much help. They sized it in an hour and I got to wear it home. I’ve been coming here for a long time, since I bought our first ring here, and didn’t even know that I could trade it in anytime. I would not buy jewelry from anywhere else!

This is my one stop shop for anything jewelry related. You will always receive excellent customer service, remarkable selections, and lifetime cleanings. I would suggest purchasing the lifetime warranty for any investment if offered. It pays for itself. I only wish they would send you a reminder notice when cleanings are to be performed. Hard to keep up multiple pieces.

No stars are able to be given to this store. To my watch in to get a new battery and the lady could not even do it. She told me to go to Fossil and get it done. She was rude about it. Guess she was embarrass about her stupidity. Seriously A Battery???

I’ve been in this Jared on more then a few occasions, the staff has always been friendly and for the most part helpful. It’s a great place to get your rings cleaned too. However, my experience with my most recent purchase was not real good. I bought another band and left it to get resized. They have a lab in house, so it’s convenient not to have to send the ring off. I picked it up later in the evening and noticed it was no longer circular and had a dent on both sides. I inquired about it and the manager stated that the tech said that it was because the gold was thin where they had to resize it at and they could not smooth it out. It led me to ask, why they couldn’t tell me this before I purchased a nearly 3K ring? In fairness, they did offer me a refund or an exchange for another ring that could be sized properly but I really did like the look of the one I picked up. They said that they could order me another one in the size that I wanted and it would look correct because it would be made in my size. I opted to do that. She said it would take about 60 days to get it. It took 63 days to get my ring. As upset as I was about the situation, they did handle trying to rectify it with good customer service. I just think the problem could have been prevented. I know their lab generally does a good job with resizing and reconditioning rings. We have had a couple other rings that have came out great after going through it. We will continue to shop at this Jared. They have a great selection or rings and watches and a nice store layout. The customer service is usually good. In the future though, we will ask before purchasing a ring about any potential problems with resizing.

What’s not to like? As the commercial goes, «he went to Jared» ~~ and the wifey is very happy. Great pieces, free cleaning for life, repair warranty, great selection, options for custom pieces, etc What brings me back time and time again is the great customer service. The entire staff is now like a family to me and we all know each other by name.

Rachel is the sweetest salesperson I have EVER come across and I was very pleased my experience/purchase here and with her excellent customer service. I ordered a necklace that was a web only deal but she had it over-nighted to this store which I thought was fantastic! The necklace was beautiful and my friend was so happy which just made my day. Yeah, I went to Jared! I’ve never had the occasion to buy anything from Jared, but I started collecting Pandora beads and charms last year. They have a vast selection of Pandora, as well as other high end watches and jewelry. I’ve only ever bought Pandora from them, but I can attest that their customer service is great and what you would expect from a higher-end jewelry store. They have nice packaging and everything is tucked into nice boxes and bags. They even slip your receipt into a clear vinyl sleeve! I would shop there again, especially when they run specials on Pandora. I brought my husband in because they had a deal if you bought a certain dollar amount of Pandora, you would get a free bracelet! You won’t see deals like that at smaller stores. They also have an online shop if you don’t have a Jared in town. I like that it’s conveniently located in the Pearland Town Center, just minutes from my house. Maybe it’s a little *too* close. ;)

I made the purchase from online and had it delivered to this store as I am overseas with th us army in Afghanistan. they treated my fiancé Kristine like a princess. she picked up her 1CT Leo Diamond 23 august and the ladies wanted to hear the story on how i proposed live on the air with 93Q. it was awesome that they took such good care of her. thank you

Once again I had time to kill in between appointments so I stopped in to get my wedding ring inspected by Jared. They are pretty quick at getting the job done and they have a decent waiting room with bottled water and also a coffee machine. Haven’t bought anything from them since I got married, so I have no opinion of Jared for this.
