I’m so impressed with the quality of the food, and the service at Sushi Tomi. Alvin, the sushi chef, is worth the trip alone. Every bite he made was beyond delicious. The sashimi was tender and fresh, and the the rice for the nigiri is flavorful, with the perfect ratio of sugar and vinegar.
You can tell that Alvin cares about his customers as he made sure to learn my name, and called to his other customers sitting at the sushi bar by their first names. The waitresses were also very observant, taking away used plates and refilling my drink before I even noticed my glass was low.

Excellent customer service here with kind & attentive waitresses. Sushi rolls were great with a variety of options from $ 7-​$ 15/​roll. Green tea mochi dessert was tasty too. I’d return here again.

First time there and had a great experience. Rolls are large and priced well, you can get a spicy tuna roll for about $ 7.50 and it has 8 pieces. A specialty roll was only $ 10. The Peach roll is very good. Best sushi value in PTC it seems.

This place has large portions, fresh ingredients, and wonderful, Okinawa service. Never had a bad experience, and If I am in the Fayette area, this is where I am going.

We love this place, eaten here dozens of times. Great fresh sushi, tempura, udon, everything has been delicious. Japanese beer on tap and good sakes too. Alvin at the sushi bar is a pro, and the wait staff are wonderful.

I understand Sushi Tomi has a very small window period during regular business hours that they stay open… but I called three times and on each occasion I was disconnected. though I felt the server who answered hung up on me… then she proceeds to tell me that she’s very busy helping a customer… its really not what i wanted to hear after the 3rd call i had to make … also… last I checked. I’m a customer as well. I would dine in if I had the time considering I’m on my lunch. this just happened today… around 1230pm.
Fyi… this is not the first time I am dissatisfied with Sushi Tomi servers… last time they took my order and when I arrived to pick up my order… they didn’t have it ready… and proceed to give me the same excuse of being busy… they could have called… they took my number… customer satisfaction should always be a priority on top of good quality products…

Sushi Tomi is the best in PTC!!! The sushi chef is knowledgable and skilled! My husband and I learned a lot sitting at the sushi bar talking to him. This is the best nigiri salmon I’ve ever had! Literally melts in your mouth! It’s all about the freshness and how it’s cut. Yum, yum, yum!!!

All of their food is always amazing! Love this place. I definitely recommend their sushi which is always fresh and delicious. Also the sukiyaki is a great traditional dish for 2 If you don’t mind cooking your own food at your table.

You will have to go a long ways to come close to the quality and vibe at Sushi Tomi.
Alvin knows his stuff, and he has personal relationships with the customers. Mama San is hilarious. The new 911 Roll (introduced by yours truly) is off the charts.

It looks like I am the outlier on this one. Mediocre at best sushi and horrible service. Make the extra 2 – 3 miles drive down to Green Ginger.

A really great experience! The food was excellent and our server was helpful and friendly. PTC is somewhat limited in interesting /​tasty places to eat. Sushi Tomi should be on your «go to» list of restaurants.

We are from Florida but saw good reviews and decided to give this’d place a try. The staff was pleasant the food is astounding. I got the «trust me» roll it was fantastic. My hats to the sushi chef.

This is the best sushi in Ptc. Everything was fresh and tasty. We got the spicy salmon, shrimp tempura and the blizzard rolls. We also got gyoza. The gyoza took us back to our trip to Japan. Nothing here tasted frozen.
We got ice cream for dessert and even that was better than expected!
We are already planning on coming back next week just to try the Ramen.
*UPDATE*
Went back for Ramen. IT WAS AMAZING! I would go back every week if we could afford it.

The best Japanese cuisine in Peachtree City, GA! They have the best sushi! They have a very nice and friendly servers! All the food that we tried were amazing, Volcano rolls, spider roll, calamari, tonkatsu Ramen, ginger pork, beef teriyaki and a lot more! This restaurant makes you want to come back almost everyday ;)

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff w/​a good selection of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. You can sit at the sushi bar or in the regular sitting area.
The only disappointment I had was the rolls. I’m not sure why the rice was different in the rolls than in the nigiri but it was more mushed causing it to really be chewy. I enjoyed the nigiri and sashimi but not the rolls. Temperature of the fish was excellent. And the beer was cold.
