If this isn’t the worst Togo’s, I don’t know which one is. This place consistently runs out of bread. That’s pretty impressive for a sandwich shop. Of the last 10 times I’ve been to this location, they have been out of all bread except honey wheat roughly 7 – 8 times. I stopped coming for a while because I was tired of making a wasted trip across Pasadena. Decided to try again today since I was going to be nearby and really wanted a cool sandwich to beat this summer heat. 7:15pm and out of all bread but honey wheat.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 10 times, shame on me for loving your sandwiches so much.

Wow!!! I brought my mom for a pre-​mothers day lunch and the service was the best experience ever!
My mother went to ask for a Bag and the guy working there name Angel was the most kindly person and very helpful with her and this is real customer service he should be recognize by Togo’s!
Keep it up Angel!

I love this location! I had just sold my car so I was walking and feeling sad, hungry and hot. I came in and was greeted warmly and the food was excellent! I left feeling awesome and grateful. Thank you Togos of Hastings Village!

I come here often and I don’t know why I have not Unilocaled about this Togos yet. This place goes consistently above and beyond in customer service. From a simple smile, to remembering their customers, and being engaging with their customers– it makes the overall dining experience more enjoyable.
Now yes, I am talking about a sandwich shop, but it’s not just any sandwich shop. There items are always fresh and you know that you will receive a consistent good sandwich. If for some reason you are not satisfied, there is no need to fuss, just let the staff know and they will make it right.
So, if you are in the area skip the subway and jersey mikes for Togos. You can’t go wrong here.

Despite what your Togos coupon says, the «store policy» of this Togos requires you to print out the coupon.
They don’t have a sign posted saying this and I showed them that the coupon said to show your mobile coupon to the employee, but they still insisted this particular location had their own policy.
Go green, Togos! You are not being environmentally friendly.
Won’t ever return to this location as it refuses to follow Corporate Coupon rules.

These guys are awesome for being so busy! They stay cool calm and collected under the pressure of lunch time hour.
I ordered the California Club sandwich and was very pleased, I kinda expected it to be a little too flavorful but it actually turned out to be just right. Delightful I must say. Will return back as always…

Work in the area, and visit this establishment multiple times a week. Love the daily sandwich specials. The service provided by the staff is outstanding. It’s like Cheers, where everyone knows your name.

My first time eating Togos. I tried their half salad and soup deal. I tried their Asian chicken salad and clam chowder.
The only thing was that I find that the chicken salad dressing was a bit spicy. The dressing is suppose to be more sweet and sour. But never the less it was still good.
The staff was very nice, speedy and the manager was very attentive as well. Everyone had a smile on their face.
On my way out I forgot to claim my free drink when I check in. They still gave me my free drink on the way out.

Awesome customer service by the Manager Angel and Jessie!
This place is always friendly and in super clean condition. The food is quality and the tables are always clean.
I ordered my sandwich while they were busy with a catering order but they still had time to take my order with the same friendly service as always
I hope this place stays forever because it really is a good spot and the quality is very top notch thanks to all the excellent employees and the manager Angel

I went for the first time to this place yesterday. It was awesome the staff very polite and there manager OMG very nice goes above and beyond to help you out. I order the lettuce wraps which by the way we’re YUM! I would go back soon.

Togos has been around for so many years here in this location in Pasadena the owner angel is such a cool guy. He is always accommodating and has a great staff. (Jessica). They always make the sandwiches to perfection and they try to do their best to accommodate anybody’s needs to have lots of patience and always carry a genuine smile. As far as the food goes the products are always fresh! My sandwiches are always correct and have the right portions of seasoning.

Now this is a PRO TOGO’s. They have a pro team and the manager goes out of his way to ask customers if they are having a great meal. The food is fresh, well made & the staff are professional, funny & get along great. What’s most impressive is how CLEAN this place is! IT honestly looks as if it’s brand new, but it was build in t 1998. Since the managers have spring cleaning every day the building has a great sparkling twinkle.
Good job guys! Set the example for the rest of the stores!

Had the Asian salad, bowl of chili, and a drink for a grand total of $ 12.44! Yikes. Think for me, Subway is more bang for your buck, tastier, and has a similar menu of sandwiches, etc. I asked for extra onions on my salad and didn’t see them at all but there were a ton of those wonton crunchies. I also prefer to see my sub or salad made in front of me. Maybe that’s just me eatin too many Subway sandwiches and salads but I will probably forego a meal here for a better option or stay hungry til I get home.

I don’t find my way into Togos as often as I used it when I lived on the side of town, but when I’m in the area, I will try to give myself an excuse to go in there.
I still can’t decide which sandwich I like better: the roast beef and Swiss, or the turkey with avocado. Both of them are really good, especially when they’re loaded up with all kinds of goodies.
I like a little spice with my sandwich, and they are always really nice in there, happy to load you up with pepper and Cheaneys, jalapenos, or other assorted garden stuff.
We have tried to use them to cater events before, and I have a vague recollection of some weird coupon snafu happening here… But that was long enough ago that it probably doesn’t even deserve mention, and overall this is a pretty nice place to grab a quick lunch with high-​quality ingredients, and no bellyache chaser.

Got an italian sammich today. the new #16. opted for the 9″ variety. the italian has spicy capicola, salami, pepperoni, black forest ham, provolone & vinaigrette dressing. i opted for the sourdough roll and added lettuce, cucumbers and black olives. the sammich was huge. it tasted great but as much as i tried, i simply could not finish it. it’s a good cold sammich. i recommend it. they dont skimp on the ingredients. had a bag of garden salsa sun chips with it. good pairing. i’ll be back to try their other sandwich offerings.

Whenever I am craving a wholesome Turkey or Pastrami Sammich, Togos is always the answer!!! They even have daily specials to save you some money.
I met the Manager, Angel a few years ago since I go to Togos about once a week. He is one of the main reasons I keep returning! He always makes it a point to chat with me and asks how my day is going. He is such a sweetheart and knows the true meaning of customer service! I wish every manager was like him :)

Let’s just say, I wanted to get something fresh and quick. I was in Hastings Village and I spotted Togo’s.
Roast beef wrap. It was ok. The location was very nice and clean.
