Horribpe horrible. Workers are super loud, they cuss like crazy. They gossip about personal lives and who slept with who. When i asked for condiments they told me to wait. while they finished talking!!! Then without looking my way, she placed condiments on counter and left. wth!

They took down my old review because I revealed some truth, so here we go again. This is the worst jack in the box in the history of mankind. Workers are so loud about talking about their personal lives that they are not even concentrating about their job. orders are always wrong and this location is always a mess.

Came here to claim my free double jack promotion, but after waiting 5 minutes to even being acknowledged, they flat out rejected the coupon. The coupon clearly said that the free burger did not require a purchase, but the lady(I think she was the boss) insisted that we needed to make a purchase. This is a bait and switch, because she was clearly honoring the coupon but only with her own terms. I am extremely upset as I wanted to use this opportunity to try out their burgers. Now I know where not to go eat if I ever crave burgers.

They made us wait for 3 mins for them to take our order, we asked for order and didn’t show up on the screen so I couldn’t see it. Got our order wrong, asked to fix it & they said to get back in line. He said he had 10 cars waiting but it was literally 3. They were so disorganized !

Wow! I just got home after purchasing an order of 3 stuffed jalapeños and couldn’t believe what was given to me. Those are supposed to be Stuffed jalapeños? I will never go here and my best advise to anyone who sees this is to keep driving to another jack in the box. The people who work here obviously knew what they looked like as they were placing them in their package so it’s obvious they don’t care. I had some of the fries and they cold too so I think the staff has to do a better job. Avoid this place– there’s an El Pollo Loco down the same street… Definitely should have gone there.

First time at the particular Jack in the Box and it has to be by far the dirtiest. Workers have a really dirty mouth including the manager. Tables were beyond dirty. We had to get our own napkins to wipe them down. Trash was on the table and floors. Ice machine was not working either.

By far the worst Jack I have ever been to. The place constantly has dirty tables, sticky floors and overflowing trash cans. I usually have to wait at the register for five minutes before someone can help me and that’s when the place is empty. The drink dispenser smells and had flies buzzing around. The food is fine but the place might need new management.

I only go to this Jack in The Box because it is so close to my home. The food is always good but the drive thru service sucks. The girl today idk what her name was but I believe it started with an M and had a heart next to it. She doesn’t make any attempt to be nice or have a little chat. Just told me my total and hands me the food. I say thank you and she walks away. Then I check my bag later and I have no napkins. She needs to learn to be courteous, even if she is busy, learn to multitask, it’s your job.

Really slow. Felt like I’m standing there forever just for a iced coffee. They took forever to take my order & even took longer just pour the coffee in the cup! After 10mims the server gave me a large coffee instead of the regular I’ve paid for. I know she was trying to be nice, but spending 18−20mins in a fast food place for a simple cup of coffee(to-go) is outrageous.

I love the tacos for 99 cents for two. But it is the same here as any other jack. The drive through is decent I don’t ever have a line even during lunch. It is hidden behind the big five. Service is like any drive through expect no more.

I would give a zero if I could. Worst service have been to the drive thru a couple times and they are so slow in the morning. Breakfast sandwiches should be quick. Waited had to knock on the window and tell them that we were still waiting to get our order. Which had been ready in the bagged area for a while. Don’t give this location your business. Hope they shut down and put in a different chain.

Just walked into this Jack in the box on Rosemead Blvd. Explained to the assistant manager(a young man) that I purchased a sourdough chicken sandwich from a Jack in the box in Glendale that was undercooked and disgusting. I went further into detail explaining that I’m 8 mos pregnant just spent 5 hours in the hospital and im trying to get back home and would appreciate it if they could please help me replace my gross chicken sandwich with one of theirs. He then goes and asks the head manager a heavy set woman that immediately says no. Her reason is valid given that Jack in the box in Glendale is not under the same owner as this one here on1 Rosemead Blvd in Pasadena. What shocks and disappoints me is that the head manager had absolutely no sympathy for my situation. I still have the hospital wrist band on for crying out loud. I have a giant pregnant belly and still she refused to help. She couldn’t comp a $ 6 sandwich to help someone in my situation!!! She was capable of performing this kind gesture had she felt like it. Im sure she gives her friends/family free food. She certainly is indulging in her own share of free sandwiches. Needless to say I walked away truly saddened by this callous woman. The assistant manager was so embarrassed and apologetic. He expressed how he would have done it for me if he could. Disgusting how customer service goes out the window at the hands of someone in power. I won’t ever eat here again or any Jack in the box for this matter. I will share with people my horrible experience. This is how Jack in the box trains their managers? No thank you.

If there was a zero rating, I would give this jack in the box the lowest rating possible. This is absolutely the worst jack in the box I ever been to. I ordered a fish fillet combo meal. The fish tasted stale and least 2 days old. It wasn’t crispy as it usually should be and the fries were semi cold and not fresh at all. Clean up your act Rosemead Pasadena Jack in the crack!

It’s a good place for takeout as its adjacent to 210 If ur a vegetarian they can replace the beef or chicken patty with a hash brown and that is real tasty.

I guess I won’t be going to Jack In The Box anymore. I thought this location was better than the one in Monrovia on Huntington, but I guess I was wrong. The service here is just as bad as the other one. I just think it’s pathetic that there’s literally 2 other people in here(already eating) and the server left my milkshakes sitting on the counter without notifying me at all, and left my friends fries in a bag In a bin behind the counter so they were hardly warm when she finally got them. All while the staff was laughing, joking around, and 2 people were on cell phones, one was even showing the other her phone. I’d rather pay more to eat somewhere else to get better service.

I don’t like where the restaurant is located. A pain to get into if you’re driving south on Rosemead(you have to make a u-turn). If you’re heading westbound on Colorado, you can cut into the Big 5 parking lot. The air conditioner was on super cold yesterday(Tuesday) afternoon that my family went. But perhaps it’s these same factors that was why the dining area was empty. But the pros outweigh the cons. The biggest draw for me is that the dining room is 24 hours. Yes, you heard right. Dine in whenever you want! Awesome sauce. I also love how the Jack-in-the-Box chain let’s you order off their breakfast menu any time of the day. The staff was friendly. There are individual men and women’s restrooms.
