This is Regarding Colon-Hydrotherapy; 626−598−0765 March 2013 I bought a Groupon Deal around Feb 2013. I called many times, nobody answer so I left a voicemail. A guy called me back said he cannot schedule appoitment until end of march because he was getting a new machine from overseas. He need to perfom the service with new machine but he will call me back to schedule appoitment with me. July 2013 I never got any call back. Fine, I could call the number provided on the groupon voucher. Nobody answer phone so I left an voicemail. A guy called me back(same guy). This time he said he cannot schedule because he is in a convention center and he cannot scheudle appoitment. He was saying something about moving too. I I asked him if I call back next week if he is going to have another excuse… He got upset and he was very rude, He said he will rufund my money. I am just sharing my experience; Do you think this is a professional establishment? No customer Service? I felt like this is a hobby for this guy and he does not care. Do you want thing done to your body by someone who does not care?

I recently bought(01⁄29) the Groupon for Colon Hydrotherapy. I called the number provided 626−598−0765 three times to schedule an appointment only to receive an answering machine each time welcoming me to the Rejuvenation Colon Hydrotherapy number. This means I reached the right place obviously. I NEVER received a phone call back. I therefore, found the number for the main spa after reading the other review on here about her difficulty with them as well. I called that number and got a lady. When I asked her about the Groupon, she said(with crazy heavy accent, could barely understand her) from what words I could understand, «Mistake», «Groupon didn’t erase», and«Get refund». WTF!!! I immediately emailed Groupon for refund! Why did it take me having to hunt down a different number to be told that the Groupon is not valid. How many other people bought the same thing? I’m sure that answering machine is getting blown up with messages and yet they don’t have the respect and good business manners to respond? Very unprofessional! If you others also bought this looking for answers, get your refund now!

I went there for a facial with a special that I bought on one of those discount websites. The lady was nice enough but she left me alone with a mask on for 15 minutes. I know because I timed it. So I was laying there alone in a dark room for 15 minutes staring at the clock and debating whether I should get up and find someone. I know that there is no reason that I simple mask has to be on for 15 minutes and if it does, you better be massaging me or something during that time. Luckily I got a refund after complaining to the discount site. I was not rejuvenated in the rejuvenation spa.

Got the Groupon for a colon-hydrotherapy session. Of course, I check the reviews on Unilocal.No reviews. That’s OK. I called the number listed on Unilocal(626−578−9463) to make my appointment. They transferred me THREE times and finally, a man came on the phone and said I had an incorrect number and that I should call the number listed on Groupon to make my appointment and that the phone number I called was for other services they offered … uhhh, ok. Never knew of a company that had different phone numbers to call for the different services they offered. Whatever. I call the phone number listed on Groupon(626−598−0765) and someone answered who didn’t speak English! WTF?! I hang up and call back thinking maybe I dialed the wrong number. NOPE! Same lady yells on the phone«nowa speeka inglissshh!!». OK, getting refunded from Groupon RIGHT now.

I found out about this place from a Groupon deal. After arriving for my colon hydrotherapy appointment, I was told by the male attendant that I could not be served because he witnessed me coughing. It seemed like the rude attendant was trying to find anyway NOT to service me because of the color of my skin. I have been getting colonics for years and I have worked in the medical field. I am very familiar with the colonic process and how the beds and the whole area are thoroughly wiped down after each use. This is to make certain that germs are not passed on to other clients. After pointing this out and the fact that just because a client does not demonstrate any symptoms of being sick, it DOESNOT mean that they aren’t, they still refused to perform the service nor did they reimburse me for my troubles. It’s funny how the client is charged a fee if they do not give a 24 hour cancellation notice, but the establishment does not reimburse you(gift card, etc.) when THEY cancel your appointment after you have wasted your time and gas showing up. Avoid this place like the plague! There are a lot of places you can go to that have affordable prices and are not prejudiced.
