Burke Williams Day Spa

Spent the day here with my sister for her birthday. Such lovely service, along with all the amenities you’d use on a regular basis (even facial toner!).
I got the BW Deep Tissue massage. Started about 15 – 20 minutes late, but it was so great. Raven did amazing work to get rid of my knots, and those 80 minutes flew by so quickly!
Will come back to this location in the future!

It was my first time coming here and I must tell you. I was looking forward to my facial all week. But to be honest, I really don’t get what the hype is about this place. It’s like a «european» styled spa as they say, but I just didn’t feel comfortable…
You first walk in into a lounge type of area, where both men and women wait until they’re called for your appointment. Literally every person who walked in was greeted by this girl with the most SASSY voice saying «Do you have a service today?» I literally heard that sentence with the same annoying voice 10 times in 2 minutes. 1. It’s a spa. We’re here to relax. 2. You really don’t have to emphasize your fake voice like that. I feel like that was the only reason she was hired. I even heard others around me making comments about it because it sounded obnoxious and annoying. Anyways…
My facial was great. Probably the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars. I was also really happy with the fact that the spa had almost everything you can think of. from shaving cream. to q-​tips. to disposable razors. I took a shower after my facial but opted out of using the steam room and sauna.
After my shower, I put my makeup on and fixed my hair. I guess some employees had received their pay checks and were talking badly about their wage. It felt very uncomfortable especially because i was RIGHT there.
Overall, I wasn’t really happy with my experience. I’d rather pay 100 $ less and go to Massage Envy for a facial.
