This restaurant is tragic and destined to follow Chipotle with the lack of cleanliness. This specific restaurant is horrible. To walk into it and see that that is the face of Carl Nicholas Karcher is embarrassing. Orders are most times incomplete and workers have one speed, slow. The drive-​thru is even slower. Lord help you if you leave without checking your bag for everything. I give Carl’s Jr. the benefit each time McDonald’s or Jack in the Box are extremely busy because Carl’s is hardly ever busy, and now I see why. Its better to sit in a painfully long line at McDonald’s than it is to eat at this restaurant. Such a proud restaurant franchise huh? Too bad they dont offer giving no stars, or at least half a star.

Came in restrooms are out of order, the cashier gets my order wrong, the take forever, the cashier doesn’t know if there is any specials. Over all it was just a bad experience.

Slow service! I would not recommend if you are in a rush. It literally took me 20 mins to have my chicken tenders.

Drive-​Thru takes forever! I was waiting for 15 minutes. Fast Food??? Yeah right! Worst place for lunch =(

This place is nice. The line is constantly moving even when it’s busy. Good customer service. I’ve gone multiple times and I have nothing bad to say about the place. The area is nice right across the street from school. Clean. Parking is legit. Not as packed as you would think for it being across the street a school. Enjoy.

I always come here late night because it’s open 24 hours, I get off work in the AM and it also tastes so good when you’ve been drinking. I went through drive-​thru Wednesday around 12am with my boyfriend, and it was such a bad experience. I ordered a #1 which is a Famous Star w/​cheese and criss cut fries. In my burger I asked for no lettuce onion, or tomato. So many times the girl asked how did I want it? What was so hard to understand? The line here in drive-​thru takes forever at night time. Even if you’re the only person in line. Be ready to be there about 15 – 20 minutes. One time I waited about 10min just to have my order taken, and I was the only person in line. I should have left, but I was hungry. Anyways so we finally get up to the window and the girl repeats our order to us and on my burger she repeats no dressing and with tomato. When did I ever say no dressing? She gives us our order and instead of criss cut fries, it’s onion rings. We did not order onion rings. I get home and my burger has no cheese. Several times they don’t put the cheese in my Famous Star w/​cheese, I always have to add my own cheese. Carl’s Jr please get your crap together! 2 stars because it’s open late and every so often I do get a great employee that gets me through drive-​thru in under 10min.

The staff was very rude. I have a coupon I’ve been using, and every other carls jr I go to let’s you use the coupon without relinquishing it. It says on the coupon that you don’t have to give it to them, just the coupon code. When I told the staff this, and showed it to them, the lady said it doesn’t matter, that they have to take it. I understand if your business has different rules than the corperation, but she needs to be trained on customer service.

Sometimes my alternative when I need a break from Jack in the Box. Like getting those criss cut fries. Drive thru is usually pretty short. Shorter than McDonalds and Jack’s but the slow service makes the wait time about the same. The inside is what you’d expect from a fast food place. Tables look like they could be wiped down a bit more. Pretty standard fast food joint.

Average Carls Junior. Ate here after Rose Parade in Pasadena on E. COLORADO BLVD. It was crowded but at least it was something to eat on New Years holiday where everything is closed.

This place is about the most disgusting food joint I’ve ever been to… First of all, all I ordered was a chicken sandwich. took FOREVER to make. While I was sitting at the window, guess what I saw? This fat Asian dude who was working there used his HAND to seep out of a drink cup after using it to grab ice… HIS HAND! which looked pretty dirty because he was handling the cash register among other stuff. That’s got to be some health hazard right? I feel sorry for the people behind me that ordered that drink… and the water that went back into the ice bucket after washing his hand? Disturbing… My sandwich turned out to be completely greasy… but I guess that’s what fast foods are. I’m never coming here again… completely disgusted D:

This place forgot my famous star when I presented them a coupon. A buy one get one FREE. Worst carls jr I have ever been too. My coworker was not very happy. Be better Carls Jr!

I actually like and enjoy this place much more than jacks in the box next door. A lot cleaner, has cool air, and spacious seating. I believe this new manager is Armenian? But who cares, I come here like every other week bc I go to PCC and the service has been consistent. They’ll take your orders to you on the go or if you’re eating in.
My usual is the famous star with fries. Ranch dipping sauce and jalapenos on the sides.
Do not park here if you’re planning to park for long and walk to campus to go to class. You will get tow.
Overall, I like the new management. Does a good job!

Super slow service. Already waited 12min and still waiting. Avoid if u don’t have time to wait. Or go to McDonald across the street.
Updated: the young man gave me extra fries with my order. Bravo young man, good customer service.

You would think that because this location is across the street from PCC they would have quick and good service due to the fact that there’s good foot traffic, but this place is filthy. My last visit was utterly disgusting. I ordered a couple spicy chicken sandwiches and when I got them there were green mold on the top buns. I wish I would have taken a picture of it and reported it, because when I took it back to the manager he talked down to me as if I had some play in this. Not wanting to get into it because I was on my lunch break i asked for new sandwiches. Can you believe they had the audacity to give me back the same sandwiches I returned. Longer story short asked for my money back, assistant manager didn’t want to give it back so I ended up having to call my credit card company and informing them of the fraudulent charges!
Besides that the establishment is pretty dirty, bathrooms smell foul and trashy.
The only good thing about this place is the lower end employees are well mannered and attentive to the customers. They bring your food out to you and make sure your order is yours along with any sauces you need.

I wouldn’t even give one star but since I have to…
I had a cheeseburger from here the other day and almost broke my tooth biting into something very hard in the patty. OUCH and pretty disgusting!
Will not order from here again.

slow service. I don’t know why the manager calls car’s number so often… Noisy… towing car is the most important of business for them. There are so many restaurants around PCC, so I won’t eat here. I don’t understand why don’t they just the close the restaurant.

Walked in I notice how dirty the place is as it took me forever to walk towards the register BCUZ my shoes were stuck on the ground how ever like any other fast food place I said who cares BIG MISTAKE!
Not only the lady taking ma order couldn’t speak English that well she also had to ask couple of people wtf I wanted BCUZ she simply didn’t know what I was asking and what was on the menu anyways she wasn’t bad as that stupid fat b**** with blue eyes who gave attitude to every single person ordering like I understand u got 50 kids and the only place u can get hired is at a fast food place but common don’t mix ur personal sh*t with work! I ordered $ 16 food the least u can do is give me the 4 Ranches I wanted ARE U F**king making the ranch or is it going out of ur pocket that u can’t gve more than 2 EVEN IF I WANT TO PAY TO GET MORE!!! I never heard that rule ranch Is limited to 2 and u cannot pay for it to get more

so i noticed that many people are complaining about the parking. that’s YOUR problem and your fault. you take up someone else’s space to go somewhere else? have fun getting towed.
honestly, stop complaining and giving bad scores because of the towing. i dislike ignorant people.
this place is like a regular carl’s junior. i have a couple issues with the tables though. i’ve only gone in the morning and the tables need to be wiped and cleaned. the soda fountain area needs a lot of cleaning as well. the staff is normal. same as other fast food workers.
it’s all the same. i don’t understand why people are complaining. this is a damn FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. not a freaking 5 star restaurant! people aren’t just going to wipe your ass when you ask!
and the people working here are nice. you just have to be nice too. simple as that!

This Carl’s Jr. is right across the street from PCC off Colorado Blvd. The location makes this quick service restaurant super-​convenient. One thing I noticed right away on my Saturday 9AM visit was how hard the crew was working. From the manager to the cashier I noticed attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Kuddos to the manager because I saw him mopping which was surprising.
The cashier was super attentive and offered to get us more ketchup once delivering our food. I enjoy ordering my Western Bacon with extra onion rings, well done. And low-​and-​behold it was delivered just how I asked. You would be shocked how many Carl’s Jr restarants get that order messed up.
There is plenty of parking and your very close to the downtown action in Pasadena in case you want to catch a movie or check out a local book store.

Fast food, ugh. I walked up and down colorado for an hour looking for this one place that sold mexican burritos and other mexican food. Well turns out I was on the wrong street, my bad. That’s what I get for coming from Chicago and just wandering without asking questions. So I ended up at Carl’s Jr.
I had the #1, famous cheese burger. The burger was pretty good for fast food. I must say i enjoyed it, though maybe more so cuz I was famished from my adventure. It was nice and succulent. I also enjoyed the fresh cut fries.
I do like that they have raspberry iced tea :) for the money it’s not bad. I do prefer other places, I looked and I spent only 1 buck more at Shaka’s so haha, i’d rather have that but this wasn’t bad.
