Jack In The Box

Seating area is closed after 11pm on weekdays. Fine; you need to clean and you don’t want to invite in sketchy people, I get that. But refusing to even serve a to-​go order to somebody who’s willing to walk through your drive thru is just ridiculous. Yet another way in which LA is unlivable for anyone who doesn’t have a car.

I saw an ad on Hulu for the Triple Cheese & Hash Brown Breakfast Burrito an hour ago, so naturally I went out and bought one. That advertisement worked like a charm. I’m a vegetarian, so when I didn’t hear mention of any sort of ham, bacon, or sausage in the burrito my interest was peaked. I’m pretty sure it’s the only thing on the menu unadulterated by meat. The crunchy, cheesy first bite was heavenly. The egg showed up halfway down the burrito and introduced a delicious new flavor and texture to the burrito I didn’t know I was missing. The scrambled egg was in that sweet-​spot where it couldn’t seem to make up it’s mind whether to be a solid or a liquid and I wasn’t asking it to. I hadn’t had scrambled eggs like that since I last dined at a Shoney’s. The hash brown and cheese disappeared as I neared the end of the burrito, leaving only egg for a while. This is where the side of fire-​roasted salsa came into play. Armed with a perfectly mild salsa for my tender, caucasian mouth, I made my way through all that egg. And then WHAM! All the ingredients returned for the symphony that was the final bite. 4 out of 5 stars.

Visited this JACK IN THE BOX because me and my friend were hungry. Good service, and great staff. Ordered «CHICKEN STRIPS» and got the meal. Everything was good except some parts of the chicken strips were burnt., other than that, great.

Even I sit table, I can feel bug on the chair.

I love the tacos @ Jack! .99 for 2 tacos! Can’t beat the price! But I gave 2 stars because there Drive-​Thru sucks! Long wait like Carl’s Jr. Wth I thought it was Fast food? 10 – 15 minutes wait is not acceptable!

Is Jack in the Box, not much to expect. I was desperate for food late at night. Nothing special. Standard fast food that leaves you feeling crummy.

The jack in the box manager was yelling at the employees when I walked in and it was totally awkward.

I was coming home from a very late evening and wanted a quick bite to eat. I went inside because I don’t know the menu too well. This is like my third time eating at one of this Jack in the Box places. I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich.
The staff here was polite, kind, friendly, and efficient. I didn’t wait long at all. The parking lot was fine. I give it 4 Stars because I thought it was a little trashy for the interior and exterior. Besides that, this place was fine. Food was hot and fresh. No problems overall.

God damn their tacos are always on point! This is the best jack in the box in the pasa/​altadena area. For the love of god do not go to the one on rosemead blah! Idk what management is doing but every time I come here the food is crip and fresh especially around lunch time when its busy. I always come to this jack even when I’m hungry I wait till I get back home and go here.

I use to work down the street from them and they have always been very attentive and this last time I was in the area there service was great they actually made me a egg white burger breakfast sandwich, to my liking. The girls at the counter and drive thru are so nice, thanks ladies. Not too many people with good customer service anymore and they look like they actually like what they do, The only thing that’s a lil inconvenient is the drive trhu. other than that its very good,

Yaquelin was super sweet. I needed a quick bite to eat and got a chicken sandwich plain and it was deliciously simple.
It was fast and I was able to eat quickly.
It made me feel like coming back soon.

Decent Jack in the box. Consistent good service, food is great. Can’t ask for more

Came here to pick up some breakfast. Was running late for a meeting. No line! Even in the morning. Ordered a iced coffee and a croissant sandwich. Although there was no line in the drive thru they did take a while to serve my food. Got my food finally. Their iced coffee in the regular size is quite small FYI and mostly filled with ice. Will order the large size next time.

Will usually come here to pick up some breakfast through their drive thru. So much less crowded than McDonalds so if I’m running late I’ll usually stop here. Rather small location. They do have seats inside. You can find it filled with some college students from PCC. Location is right by hill and Colorado, so very congested area. Can be hard getting out of here. Sometimes if the drive thru isn’t too crowded I’ll go around again and exit through the back onto hill ave. Service is pretty fast. Longest wait time in the mornings was about 5 mins.

I bought three tacos, two taco has a hair…
when I saw first one, I just threw it because It can be happened. However, when I saw second one, I dont wanna eat any more. I saw hispanic mam made it. Please wear cap

Not my favorite JnB. I just don’t feel comfortable here. The ambiance sucks. Why does the dining room even have seating? You could fit 4 fat people in there with their elbows touching. And it’s on the corner of a busy ass intersection. Countless people have been hit on this corner. Not to mention, there’s a memorial outside for this little kid that kinda creeps me out. I think I had lunch with his ghost the last time I was there. Speaking of ghosts, the manager that was there the last time I came in was a skinny old ass Indian dude who looked like the ghost of someone who had their curry shit in. He looked so stressed that it was stressing me out. I don’t like that he stepped out to smoke cigarettes and went right back to the counter to work. Like, wash your fucking hands you Neanderthal. But I can’t hate on the food. Tasted like classic JNB and that’s the only thing I really care about.

Terrible late night service. They really only care about getting you in and out of the queue as soon as possible. On several occasions I have gotten the wrong order or orders with errors.
Tonight, I went and was given incorrect orders and there was no attempt to correct these errors. I asked for a munchie meal chicken melt but without cheese on the burger or taco as well as a combo meal with normal straight fries. I was given a munchie meal with not only cheese on both burger and tacos but NO CHICKEN in the burger. In the combo meal there were curly fries instead of regular fries. The cashier basically ignored me (wouldn’t even look at me when I spoke to her, looking at the screen showing cars behind me instead) when I brought these mistakes up and I had no choice but to leave. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened.
EXTREMELY disappointed with the continual failures in service here. I come here often instead of carls because it’s cheaper, but maybe this is a lesson that you get what you pay for. GO TO CARLS unless you want to take the risk that they mess up your order here.

They didn’t mess up on my drive-​thru order, and they placed it in the plastic bag as requested. This is Jack in the Box, so people shouldn’t expect Ruth Chris-​quality food. The drive-​thru was quick, and the restaurant workers didn’t skimp on the fries.
No napkins given though I didn’t ask.
The worst thing is to order large fries and get an amount that doesn’t even fill up the container. What do these people think? That they’re going to get a big raise by skimping on fries. I try not to go to these skimpy places.
This location is good.

What do people expect when they visit a fastfood chain? I come here for the tacos and the curly fries. Can’t go wrong with ordering them. Ultimately this is a quick serve establishment and it isn’t meant to provide superior service or any type of fancy food. The only reason I’ve dropped it a star is because the drive thru can take a long time and they have messed up my order on a couple occasions.

Love coming here for their grilled chicken club salad and curly fries with buttermilk sauce! They also have really good iced coffee! I actually like their iced coffee a lot better but their sizes are a A LOT smaller. Their regular size looks like half the size of McDonald’s. Lines are usually not that long at this location, however it can be a hassle getting to the drive thru since their entrance is on Colorado Ave. If you’re going east it will be hard to make a left turn since this street is always pretty congested with traffic.
