Dominos! You’re back in the game!
Pros: the deals, the robust sauce, mango habenero dipping sauce, hand tossed crust, their boneless wing creations, quality of toppings
Cons: cheesy bread, reg wings (which is a bummer), their online ordering never seems to be available for the weekday lunch rush.
Tip: They have roasted red pepper as a topping option!
I haven’t had an issue with service. I know they need drivers. I do pick up though instead of delivery. Regardless pizza has always been on time and hot. People working the in store are friendly. Use the pizza tracker!

We had a quite satisfactory pizza from here for the $ 7.99 price point. This Mon-​Thurs carryout special gave us a three-​topping large hand-​tossed crust pizza (sausage, mushroom, and extra cheese). We called and picked up a piping hot pizza in the stated 15 minutes. The regular hand-​tossed version has an airy dough, and is apparently a lot more popular than the thin crust offering, which we will still venture to try one day.

Let’s say they’re lucky to get a star from me. Ordered 2 pizzas, asked for them to be placed in the oven for a little longer than usual to get the crisp taste. Both weren’t crispy & I called and complained, they delivered 1 pizza and awful wings. I mean who even asked for wings? Knowing the main reason I never order wings from here is because they’re really bad. Overall, terrible experience and never ordering from here again. In fact, never ordering Dominos in general. I would never suggest such terrible food on any human being. The customer service was horrible and the general manager refused to fix the pizzas and hung up the phone. He had an accent and could hardly understand him, he was very rude and disrespectful he gave no help on resolving this issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

i have ordered from this location for years. For the person answering the phone to the delivery person everyone is great. My teenagers love the pizza.

I don’t know why this place only has two stars. I’ve been ordering from this Dominos for a few years and the guys that run it are always so kind and prompt. The delivery is fast and the food is consistently really tasty (for those days when you just crave a cheap pizza chain like Dominos)

I hadn’t had Domino’s pizza in about 30+ years, before ordering a pizza from this location recently. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.
I did the on-​line ordering, which was very convenient. I picked up the pizza 15 minutes later and it was ready for me on time. The service was friendly. I tried their new pan pizza with spinach and onions, which was surprisingly good. I like traditional Chicago deep dish pizza, so I was surprised how much I liked the Dominos version. I will be getting it again.

The pizza we ordered came in time but was cold and the feta spinach one was so hard that u couldn t bite! The wings were awful! I will NEVER buy from these guys ever again! Bleah

You know how Domino’s says they’re take steps to improve their quality? Well, they couldn’t be more off. We thought we’d give Domino’s a try after 10 years with the 50% off discount that’s going on. Bad idea. We tracked the pizza. It said it left to be delivered at 4:35. At 5:05 we called to see where it was, they said they just left. Keep in mind we’re only 2 ½ miles away.
Pizza finally came. Ice cold and totally destroyed in the box. The cheese was already hard. Called the store to have someone come back to pick it up and get our money back. They didn’t offer to bring a new pizza, didn’t offer to refund the money and keep the pizza, nothing.
Bad service. Bad management. And still… the worst everything. No stars. No future business.

Ordered three pizzas online well in advance for a party we were hosting. The pizzas were delivered to the wrong address. By the time they were picked up and redelivered to our address they were ice cold.
They charged me for delivery and someone else signed for my credit card and tipped the driver. The driver spoke no English and just tossed the pizzas at me and ran.
I will NEVER buy from them again. Naturally when I called to complain the manager is never there nor does he have a voice mail box.
AWFUL!

It kills me how fast this place went down hill. I’ve been ordering here for years and always had pretty good luck. Not last time, though. I ordered a pizza with 5 toppings on it-​the darned thing cost $ 22. It arrived with only the most scant amount of toppings that could ever be put on a pizza. I’m talking about one piece of green pepper per slice. One piece of onion per slice. I was outraged. This is crap! I call ‘em up and ask them to send me another one, which to their credit they did. It arrived and tho I would not have thought it possible, it had less toppings than the first one did. I could see patches of sauce where there was not even cheese on the darned thing. What a disappointment. I write an email to the corporate offices, they put me in touch with the manager. Well this guy tells me that it’s my fault because I had ordered too many toppings and so they cant put a lot of each topping on the pizza because it will not cook properly. Boloney! I’ve ordered there for years and have never had an issue with too many toppings on my pizza. It’s over. For that much money, I’ll go elsewhere where they aren’t afraid to put a topping or two on a pizza. Goodbye, Dominos!

The quality of Domino’s pizza has significantly improved over the past 10 years. Obviously it’s not the best pizza in the world, but it is consistent and the people that work at this location provide great customer service. The thin crust pizza is excellent — it may not be as filling as the regular pizza and it is priced the same, but it is lighter on the stomach and very tasty.
I recognize Domino’s is not the best pizza in the world, but I’m giving it four stars due to the convenience of online ordering and consistency of their pizza. Keep up the good work.

ugh, still not a fan. tried the «new» recipe the other day. the garlic whatever dressing on the crust was barely there. the sauce was tangy, just like before, and the crust/​dough overall was blah. bland and nothing to complient about.
the pizza was kind of like cici’s, or double dave’s. which i’d probably pick one of those two since they have dessert pizza.
no thanks domino’s. the commercials did work, however. i bet you got a lot of people to give you a second chance.

AWFUL SERVICE! DELIVERY TOOK OVER AN HOUR! DO NOT BOTHER UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PICKING UP! The best part. This was a pizza that was somehow knocked off of our online order. 2 people sat hungry waiting for over an hour after we called in for the missing pizza. AWFUL SERVICE! SO UPSET! Will never order from any other dominos ever again! Wish you could give less than 1 star!
