Coming from being a manager of a restaurant there’s a few things that caught my eye: 1) Employees by cash on their phone. Whether on break or not, they should not be within view of customers while on their phone. If they are on break, they step away from the register area and sit in the dining room. 2) All employees hanging in front with no tasks to do on down time. Even when the manager is present, WHYAREN’T THEYCOACHEDTONOTSTANDAROUND? 3) When a lady asked if she could have butter so she could butter her biscuit, why did the cashier cover his mouth like it was funny? I got the joke but it wasn’t professional. 4) The soda machines were dirty 5) None of the workers were engaging, they all looked like they hate working there. 6) Manager yelled at them in front of customers instead of pulling the to the side. 7) No reciept given to show what’s bought or to fill out survey. Only a little paper to show an amount I paid on my card. No info else. Although the good was fresh, delicious, and good; I can’t say Although for the service. Please look into it guys as it will help you gain more customers as it was super dead today. That’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

Clean place and has decent service. I was surprised to see a working pay phone near the restroom. You can pickup a copy of USA Today for those who still read newspapers.

This was my first time visiting this location. When I got there it seemed as if they were getting ready to close. I ordered to go and I was happy that when I got home everything seemed fresh. I gave it a three star rating because I left my sunglasses there(I’m almost certain) and I called to speak to a manager to ask if perhaps someone might have found them, which I totally understand was a long shot but I thought it was worth a try. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but all she said was«nope» and hung up. When I rate a business, I give that rating based on my overall experience and I try to take many things into consideration. The food was delicious and that’s just what it is but the customer service and professionalism was a fail.

Okay, let’s talk about this. If you are looking for a healthy choice, fast food is probably not the way to go. No matter how it’s packaged, it’s almost never healthy. Chipotle which bills itself as a healthy alternative, fails to point out that one of their burritos has more fat than a Big Mac. So, removing health from the discussion leaves us with convenience and taste. The convenience factor is what drives the fast food industry so the point is a given. We’re left just with taste and friends, bad, unhealthy food has never tasted better than it does at Popeye’s. Their chicken, biscuits, sides, shrimp and basically everything they sell is incredible. Screw Harold & Kumar, if I’m wasted and hungry I’ll hit up Popeye’s any time over just about anywhere else.

It feels natural to compare Popeyes to KFC. Biscuits: KFC is greater than Popeyes. The biscuits here are pretty plain French Fries: Popeyes is greater than KFC. The flavor on the fries here are awesome. Sadly they get hard if you don’t eat them fast enough. Chicken: Tie. I think KFC is crunchier and more moist but Popeyes has a flavorful kick. The rice and beans at Popeyes is a great side that KFC doesn’t have. They however need a better ratio of rice and beans. Pass on the popcorn shrimp. Not sure what we were thinking ordering shrimp at a fast food place but it tasted more like fried bits than anything else.

This is a pretty decent Popeyes location. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great. However, the place does look a bit old and run down so dining in wouldn’t be the best option.

Not only was this my first time at this location but also my first time eating Popeyes and I must admit I am a fan! I got a two piece meal with a side of mashed potatoes. The chicken is fresh, not soggy like I have experienced with other fried chicken places. I enjoyed the gravy on the mashed potatoes as well, it actually had some flavor which is rare for a fast food joint.

I like this location, the chicken is always fresh and the sweet tea is great. The bathrooms are a little off, but it’s a quick meal.

This Popeyes stinks and i love Popeyes. Chicken is frequently cold as are the french fries. The employees have a crappy attitude and dont know the difference between white meat and dark meat often there is a language barrier too. Take the time to drive up to the Popeyes on rt 17 its worth it. Its a shame this place has a great location but is poorly run.
