Cuz they’re so damn sweet and friendly! I don’t have time to write a lengthy poetic elaboration. I’m on my way to work anyway! But they’re also quick. I ride my bicycle around town and the seat part of my denim wears out. I usedta take them to a place that would take forever to patch things up. Especially my knee rips from my long-boarding falls. Not so here! I get my things back quickly and I don’t get charged so much as the last place which I won’t mention cuz I don’t like slandering businesses.

They always do a perfect job on alterations! was never disappointed about the job they do. It is dry cleaning agency & alternation place so they actually have someone else to dry clean clothes, but I am always satisfied how they clean my shirts and pants!

PLEASE add your hours. It would be great if you took a photo of the building so that you show that you are a business and not a hole in the wall.

I love this place! I want to say two things 1) they are very welcoming and friendly. They seem to remember me and my name everytime i go there, so i dont even need to show my receipt and anything. Whenever they see my car, they just pull out my clothes! Also obviously English is not their first language, but i had no problems communicating with them 2) Wash&Fold quality is super. I always drop loads of my laundry there. They do it so quick and clean. I am unsure about prices. I think it’s average compared to other places. Ive been to cheaper places and more expensive places so i guess prices are acceptable

They WILL find a way to overcharge you. You’ll notice that they don’t print prices on the receipts they give you during drop off, so when you return for pickup, they can claim a higher price than at first, and you have no written rebuttal. I will never do business with these people again.

I agree with Hazel Grace that it’s really chintzy that this place doesn’t post prices. I mean, you pick a place called Economy Cleaners because it’s implied that you’ll pay less to get things cleaned there, but they give no evidence of that and their pricing seemed arbitrary. I also agree that they didn’t destroy my clothes. However, that’s not three-star service as far as I’m concerned.

i give this place 3 stars only because they haven’t destroyed my clothing yet… palo alto has terrible cleaners! this place does a good job on dry cleaning, but their tailoring services are not any good — if you have time and $ you should go to a REAL tailor, not a drycleaner for anything more then sewing on buttons. another issue i have with this place is that they don’t post prices — and they give you no warning that you may be in for a big surprise. i’ve taken men’s shirts for laundry and they’re $ 1.60, but when i picked up my(women’s) button-ups today they were $ 6.50(and up) each! for laundry! the manager /owner explained that because my shirts were smaller they didn’t fit the pressing form so they cost more. fine, but can’t you tell me that BEFORE i have them cleaned! i spoke with her about the fact that they might want to post prices, or warn their customers about this type of thing, but she was unapologetic and offered no discount. can you imagine how cheated i felt? four shirts: $ 30.
