Applebee’s

Burnt spinach dip, over sauced bbq wings, limp celery, sodas were flat, waitress only came by once to check on our needs, dishes piled up, & a hair in the fries that was brought to the attention of the waitress (that just laughed) i could’ve gotten better service at the Cathedral City location. For a table of 9 i thought that we would’ve gotten a little more attention. I’ll never go back to this location.

Holy moly. Understaffed. No bus boys. No one has an hustle. The girl seating people was up there alone with no one helping her, clearly overwhelmed. Where is a manager?!

It was Monday aka cheap hamburger day. asked waitress what kind of cheese they had .she could not answer the question .so I got classic burger awful fully tasteless, I would rather eat a Big Mac after it fell in a mud puddle than the disgusting burger from this joint

Poor service, food quality is worse than fast food. Applebee’s used to be one of my favorite spots. No more apple been for me. Everything tastes like frozen food microwaved. It brobably is?!

Applebee’s — long standing restaurant and a favorite for the wife and I from time to time.
Appetizer — burnt from being inside the microwave too long
Beer — asked for Stella Artois, served in a cold «bud light» glass!?!

Steak asked for medium rare came out like a hamburger patty!?! Good service — (waitress) food was not good at all … Bummed. Hungry as hell … And manager didn’t come over or nothing —
Applebee’s maybe you should focus on service and quality vs. table top checkout system. Last I check food tickets increase with interaction from staff not automation.

I get car side to go at least twice a week. The staff is friendly and the managers try very hard to have outstanding customer service. They solve concerns and accommodate any issues that may arise. I love this location!!!

I wanted to bring in lunch for clients but they were so busy and suggested Applebees to go. Ordering online is a piece of cake and I arrived at Applebees where there are 3 preferred parking spots for will call and the separate entry door makes it very convenient.
As soon as I entered the entrance, I was greeted by an employee who was friendly and told me all she had to do was get my drinks and my order was ready. I ended up picking up getting lunch for 5 people including beverages. I chose the Chinese chicken grilled salad and an iced tea which was plenty filling and yummy.
Overall, the whole process was painless, convenient and the food has healthy options. I’ll definitely be using Applebees to go or dine in more frequently the future.

one of the worst meals/​experiences we ever had. GOOD service though.
it started off with them using a dirty towel to bus our table when we arrived. not sure why they had to give us a table that wasn’t clean since the place was more than half empty on a Saturday afternoon. maybe because the other tables were also dirty. nonetheless, overly used towel mixed with cleaning agent not too pleasant of a scent.
we ordered a kids pizza, a BLT, a turkey wrap and some fries. i’ll make this short and simple… the B in the BLT was clumped together. i had to separate it to extend the sandwich. the kid’s pizza was of the french bread variety, seemingly cooked in the microwave. the wrap was dried out. the fries were the saving grace. barely.
GOOD service and nice server/​hostess. but, never coming back to Applebees again.

We came in here about 10 minutes before happy hour ended tonight and sat at the bar hoping to get a drink order in before happy hour ended and nobody even aknowledged us. 6pm came and went, the bar tender was sipping on her own drink and playing with the TV, new bar tender clocked in and looked afraid to make eye contact with us. We left. Best thing I can say is that we went down the street to the cork tree and it was phenomenal. Thanks for helping us find a new place to eat.

This place is amazing. The bar tender on Sunday nights Brandy took extra good care of us. I love this place. She gave us extra sauces for our wings even ones that we didn’t request. Those criss cross ribs were amazing and these are just the appetizers. I love love this place I am definitely coming back.

Applebee’s is… well Applebee’s. However, I had the SRIRACHA SHRIMP. It had a bite to it. Was crispy and flavorful. That was a given. What a wonderful surprise we had when our guest ordered Onion Rings. They were cooked perfectly with a medium darkness to them, the onion inside were perfect, not soft or soggy but firm and bitable. Many times I would bite into an onion ring to have it all pull out of the framing of the outside covering. These bit off perfectly. We will positively have them again. Our server, who was maybe 7.5 to 8 months pregnant was beyond excellent. Sorry, my wife isn’t here to help remember her name.

I love their food you should go their I really love Applebee’s and they have really good deals on a Tuesday they have a kids meal and is only 199 for really really hungry really good deal like for you guys to go there

A co worker and I went in for lunch a few days ago. I always look forward to their lunch special $ 20 for 2 but after that day I will never go back to this Apple Bee’s. I was charged .50 for cheese. Majority of restaurant do not charge or nickel and dime patrons for small amount of cheese Parmesan.

My experience with this place today was okay. I went here with a group of friends today, and it was alright. It took them a while to find a seat for us, and it took even longer for them to cook our food. Despite that, the food was still good. Overall, my experience here was okay. It would have been better if they cooked our food faster.

If I could give this place one star I would. We waited for a table and they didn’t seat us forever so we decided to sit at the bar. The waitress comes over and tells us we can only sit at the bar cause there is no one taking care of that table. So we sit at the bar and 2 minutes later she sits other people right where we were. So rude! And the bartender was sitting at the bar playing with his phone and no one helped us for another 10 minutes. Terrible place so we left.

The tortilla soup is great. Period. You don’t go to Applebee’s for anything except the air conditioning.

This Applebee’s location isn’t the best. I’ve been to quite a few in the valley and I think I’ll be avoiding this one.
I kept having to ask the server twice for things like my food and drinks. I would have to ask the other servers or bussers to get my food/​drinks.
It’s not like this place was busy when I went, then I would understand why it took too long but I went during lunch hours on a weekday so it was pretty empty. And it still took a long time for a food and they weren’t very attentive.

Well let me tell you it’s a Saturday night and I’m sitting at the bar. When I first came in and sat down I for a while thought I was invisible (funny because I’m 6′ and 250 lbs) because the two bartenders working walked by me and never acknowledged that I was sitting there. Even when one of them dropped off dessert to the person sitting next to me. Once I ordered and received beverage I had to get there attention in order to place a food order.
The 2 star raise in the rating is for the food all tough it’s kinda hard to screw up wings and chicken wonton tacos

Here on a crazy busy weekend an still had awesome service! Jessica is super and nice good place to hang out and have a good time!

This Applebee’s is so bad. Avoid here if you can. Go to Burgers & Beer instead. I got the late night munchies and only this was open in the area, but I will never come back here again. I’d rather go to a grocery store to cook my own food.
I shared a 2 for $ 20. We had the 2 salads instead of an appetizer since appetizers were half off anyway (we arrived during happy hour: 9 pm till closing). We ordered the chicken wonton tacos for appetizer. The chicken wasn’t too bad. There were 4 on a plate for ~$ 5. My Caesar’s salad was so average and drenched in dressing. I had the Chicken Freshcado. It looked so much better in the picture. The chicken was so dry, flavorless, and blah. I barely touched it. The sirloin was supposed to be medium, but it was more like well done. The side of corn had too much black pepper. My friend who got the shrimp & sirloin thought it was just ok. His dish also came with 2 sides.
Service is what makes this place even worse. I understand that there aren’t very many customers at 9 pm, but that doesn’t mean you ignore them. I had to ask twice for everything because the server just didn’t do his job. The food took a long time to get out. The party who came in after we did almost left because their food took so long.
I had such a bad experience here. I regret choosing this Applebee’s location.
