This place is awesome… the food is all fantastic… great atmosphere… spectacular service and you gotta check out David handlebar mustache. You also need to be sure to have the croissant french French toast which is really something special… it kind of what makes life worth living

Nice modern diner that looks relatively new. Great look and decent food. The wife had the country breakfast and subbed cottage cheese and tomatoes for the potatoes, which they accommodated. I had the spinach scramble and a side of bacon. The scramble was pretty darn good but the bacon came out extremely overlooked. It takes a lot for me to send items back but at over $ 4 for a side, I had to. When the bacon came back, it wasn’t much better. I wasn’t about to send it back again so I ate it. In contrast, my wife’s bacon was excellent. I was like, «Why couldn’t they cook my bacon like that?». It seemed like her bacon was cooked to order with her meal, and mine was precooked sitting in a salamander. The second time they sent it out, they possibly could have out it on the flat top with some oil to make it appear just cooked but it was overly greasy. Enough about bacon. Overall the food is decent, the place is clean, and the server was attentive. I will come back and perhaps order bacon with my meal versus ordering a side(Ok I mentioned bacon one more time).

OMG! Stayed at the JW Marriott and wanted to venture out of hotel food. Asked the valet where to go for breakfast on a Sunday, we hit the jackpot at JT’s! Got there around 10AM, walked in, seated and had a busser take our drink order immediately. Awesome waiter, got all our silly request spot on. Delicious food, great mimosa’s and very kid friendly with a great menu for them. Went back on Monday heading back to the OC and had lunch, the most delicious fries i’ve ever had. This is a great place for sports too if you don’t want to miss your game.

We had about 90 minutes before our flight home so decided to try here. Only 3 tables taken so thought we had plenty of time for two for breakfast. We’re sat pretty quickly then it took almost 5 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We both ordered the pancakes and split an order of bacon. Took about 10 more Minutes for food to come(still only 3 tables taken). Pancakes were ok– a little overdone. But the bacon was perfect! Extra crispy… I asked for some water about half way through but it never came. After we were done eating we waited about 5 minutes but no one ever came to take our plates or bring our check. Ended up going to the front and asking for check. We come to this area every winter but don’t think we will be back. Service as very slow for a «diner».

Regrettably, this morning’s experience did not measure up to my fellow Unilocalers reviews. Environment inside was way too hot when we arrived at 9:45 am. Braulio, the manager, was cool to my request that they turn on the a/c. Finally, he did, and then it became comfortable. Service was slow, and with zero enthusiam throughout our breakfast, despite the restaurant being only 1⁄3 full. Eight staff members idle and enjoying their coffee and conversation in the prep area. Food itself was generally ok. However, my pancakes were as bland as could be. Note that they have three different types of syrup, but you have to ask for what you want(I wanted 100% maple syrup, which fortunately they had). All in all an average experience. I likely will not return. However, owners should return to instill higher standards.

The breakfast was very good except for the Portuguese sausage. The portions were good size. The price point for diner breakfast was a bit high. The servers were very friendly and removed the sausage we did not like from our tab. The restaurant was very clean and seemed to be brand new. I would return to try their lunch

Nice new-build updated take on a classic diner. Stopped here for breakfast en route to the desert from LA. Try the turkey jalapeño sausage, it’s on-point and house-made.

JT’s Diner is a great find. We used to go to Goody’s nearby, but they closed. We checked out JT’s and couldn’t have been more pleased with our meals and the service. Our orders came out fast(hot) and the food was tasty. Our server, Juan, gave us great service. Tip — If you’re staying at Homewood Suites and looking for a great breakfast/lunch option, this place is within spitting distance.

Wow, what an awesome place. Large selection of breakfast items and comfort food classics. I had an omelette that was easily the best I’ve had in ages. Friendly and fast service too.

From the start, very welcoming! Very clean! Our waiter, Juan Pablo was very attentive! And the food, well served, fresh, not greasy and filling! Next time we are in Palm Desert, we will definitely eat at JT’s!

I never like to give up on one my favorite places so we gave it another try today and everything was 100% better than our last visit. Service was fast and friendly and the food was as good as it was when we first started coming in. The weird, bad vibe we felt between the employees the last time was nowhere to be found and we had a great breakfast! So glad we gave it another shot.

We were looking for a good breakfast place when I left my doctors appointment. Thanks to all you fabulous Unilocalers I found this place! Very clean… hospitable staff… then comes the good part… good breakfast! I had the 3 egg omlette w/onions, tomatoes, and white cheddar cheese. It was delicious! Oh one more thing… the breakfast potatoes. …loved them… Will most definitely be coming back here when in town.

Solid breakfast place, I enjoyed the vibe here of a old school diner. The food was good as well. Not just sloppy diner food but good looking, good tasting food. I have the eggs Benedict with potatoes on the side. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. They came out super hot which I really enjoyed. The holinday sauce was different then I’m use to, it had a little lemony kick to it which was different and not as enjoyable as I would have liked but it was still pretty good. My buddy ordered the croissant French toast which was very good. Had the crispy yet soft texture which is great for French toast. The syrup was good too. Overall I was happy with this place and will for sure come back when I’m in this area.

Stopped by here for a late brunch after a wild weekend out in the desert. Love a spot where breakfast is served all day! I got the egg burrito w/a side of country potatoes. I felt like the food was kind of bland, but I think they do that on purpose so you can salt/spice it up to your liking. They had salt, pepper, sugar, and variety of hot sauces to dress up your dish. Overall, the burrito hit the mark. It was on the lighter side(not loaded with cheese and potatoes) which was perfect :) I also got biscuits and gravy which was delicious as well. I wish they had a country fried steak on their menu as one of their breakfast items! Some friends got sandwiches & blue plates which all looked scrumptious. The service was great. Big space, good for big groups. We were a party of 13 and got seated altogether right away(to be fair we did give them a call beforehand)

Great little dinner for breakfast and lunch. My husband and I were looking for a easy little café for breakfast today and we definitely found it. The customer service was superb. They were on top of refills(especially coffee) and even gave us a to go cup for the coffee. Food was good, nothing special or outstanding, your basic little dinner. What will bring us back is the great customer service. They were eager to please and they did!
