The curries are awesome, especially the yellow. Also try the fresh spring rolls with the peanut sauce. Get there early the place fills up fast. Going to try the Phở when the weather gets cold again. The prices are very reasonable. A must try while in Pagosa Springs.

Most Thai restaurants are very small, this is no exception to the rule. However, the Décor is very nice. There are fresh carnations on every table. Out napkins were folded into red roses. The restaurant has only been open for two weeks. Every dish has a very nice display. The food was amazing. We will be in Pagosa Springs for a week and may have to make another visit to sample more of their food.

Go now if you like Thai food. Great curry, nice place and excellent service. You can tell they put the extra time and effort into this place.

Where to start. decided to try this place out while on vacation. The food was EXCELLENT! We love Thai food and have eaten it many times but this place was one of the best! I had the drunken noodles spicy. It was very spicy but the taste was above and beyond my expectations. If you are in Pagosa Springs this place is a MUST! If im ever in town again i will be sure to make a stop here.

Out of our group of 8, everyone was very satisfied with their meal. The waiter did a good job keeping track of our orders. We’ll definitely be making Thai Chilie a regular stop on our future vacations.

Delicious food but slow service. Poor waitress was the only one working and was also having to bus the tables. There was only 1 cook in the back too. So it was pretty slow.

Conveniently located on my way home from Durango, Thai Chilie beckoned to my weary tastebuds. The décor proved to be cozy and the host/waiter polite. True to form, I opted for Yellow Curry with Chicken and a Thai Iced Tea. As a lunch item, my meal was preceded with an Egg Roll and Mushroom Soup. The soup was decent but not really my thing. The roll was tasty and paired well with a mild sauce. Fortunately, it was lightly crisped, not overcooked. The Curry was wonderful. It had a low, persistent burn and wisely selected combination of bell peppers, carrots, potatoes and onions. The chicken was tender and appropriately sized. In addition, it was quite reasonably priced. The tea was scrumptious. So scrumptious I opted for a second glass. Oh gluttony! This place is legit. And by legit I mean legitimately delicious, legitimately a deal. Do SW Colorado a favor and frequent this establishment to ensure they keep cranking out the tasties. You’ve got a winner here, Pagosa Springs!

I was very tempted to leave a 3 star review based on my experience, but the food was good. I ordered my usual dish, Chicken Pad Thai with a temperature of hot. When it came, it had no spice what so ever. I think what happened was that my wife and I ordered the same dish. She had no spice and I had hot. They made double the order and separated it into two plates. When I asked, they brought out hot sauce and powder. The proper response would have been to take back the order and make it right. That being said, it was very good. I think the real problem is being under staffed. They had one guy being the host, waiter, cashier, and bus boy. I truly believe that he was doing his best tonight. All in all, give it a shot. It’s worth it.

This was close to the resort so we tried it out. The server and hostess was very nice. Quick, friendly service. My tofu pad tai was ok. The egg was a bit too crispy, and the tofu was over cooked. Overall it was ok. They seem to be short staffed? Just opened? There was equipment in the back walk way and dirty dishes on a cart by the bathrooms in the back.

I came to this place when it first opened and loved it because I knew the family that owned it. They had great food but nothing was very well-organized. Now they have new owners and I feel like this place has really come together. The menu is easy to understand and pretty self-explanatory. I love their Pad Kee Mow and their curry. I like to order the green curry with chicken. If you like spicy food, this place can do that for you! If you order the food«hot», beware because the Thai culture loves their spices! Their spring rolls are delicious and they have some awesome Thai iced tea too! I love this place and as I’m writing this review my mouth is watering and I’m craving some Thai Chilie. The only«bad» thing about this place is the limited seating. This place is amazing, all the dishes are to die for, and I highly recommend it to my friends and family!

This place is a gem! We stayed in Chama(the best restaurant there is Subway) and wanted some flavor! We did a Google search and headed off to Thai Chille. We were greeted promptly and order a fantastic Thai iced tea. We ordered spring rolls which were great! The sauce they came with was a little watery. We then got complimentary side soup. It was a really incredible chicken and rice soup. We also got complimentary spring rolls! How thoughtful! I ordered a stir fry dish with tofu and it was EXCELLENT! The pad Thai with tofu was also very good. We are not from Colorado. Where we are from there are many Thai restaurants. Most good, a few terrible. This one was fantastic. A real gem in the resort town!

One of my favorite places to go in the area. You get service with a smile and speedy service. My favorite is the Pineapple Chicken and Cashew fried rice with veggies. My Hubby had their Curry Chicken with steamed rice. They are very careful when it comes to how hot or spicy you want your food to be. The only challenge is their hours. If they are open be sure to stop in!

Tiny place with excellent service and delicious food. It is a very small place, so when it is packed you may wait awhile. It is very much worth the wait. My only complaint was the side dish of rice was cold, but the main dish was so hot it evened out when you mixed them.

Wow the Thai food here is great! The service was ok but well worth the wait. The peanut sauce is absolutely to die for. I could eat that on almost anything! The yellow curry with chicken was the best curry I have ever tasted. It had so much flavor I could not stop eating it. If you are looking for Asian type cuisine in the pagosa area go here, you won’t regret it.

Awesome thai food in Pagosa! The panang curry was so good with tofu! It was perfectly sweet and spicy, and they had a lot of vegan options! I will definitely be going back to this place when we ski again!

Amazing Thai food, I highly recommend this restaurant. This is some of the best Thai I have ever eaten and service is excellent. We ordered the green curry with chicken and the«drunken noodles,» both were very delicious, super flavorful and filling. We loved the food so much we practically licked the plates. Wish I lived in Pagosa Springs so I could eat here every day.

Love this place. It’s comparable to the better thai places around Dallas. Always a good meal here.

The Tom Ka Gai was average and could have been more favorful. The curry looked tempting, but they don’t have brown rice, which is a must for me. So no go. Reasonable prices. Friendly. Busy enough to prove their quality.

I got into town late and quickly found this place on Unilocal.I ordered take out and the food was ready pretty fast. They saved me from going to the grocery store or worse having to resort to «convenient» food. I liked the cosy feel of the restaurant and the family owned atmosphere and friendliness. Finally, the food was delicious. I got the Panang Curry with shrimp, and the Chicken Satay. Truly a good meal that I split into two. DT
