Pizza Hut

I love Pizza Hut food, which is why I continue to even try here. They need a total service rehaul.

I will never darken this location’s doors again. Our waitress was perfectly sweet and helpful, but she also had what looked like an uncovered open sore near her elbow.
After we ordered, I spotted another waitress swipe crumbs off of a table with her hand for a waiting party rather than disinfecting it or using any kind of cleaner.
A piece of pizza was crushed on the floor near our table, right in a high walking traffic area, and stayed there for the entirety of our meal.
A heavy-​set dark-​haired waitress, (maybe some sort of manager) seemed to think that barking orders across the dining room from the kitchen was a good way to direct the staff. That makes for a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
While we were there, a party of seven got up after being served their drinks, because they didn’t want to give their money to this store. If we hadn’t already ordered, I would have done the same.

dont go for the buffet. place is under staffed and can not get the food out. While I was here they ran out of plates and pizza. Overall a bad dinning experience. This is not the first time this has happened to this is the reason of this review…

First off THE person who could serve beer wasn’t there «right now». Then our order took a long time. We finally asked for it to go. Checked it first, looked okay. Wings ended up to be the wrong flavor. Pizza was just plain yucky. Thanks for the first food impression Paducah! Probably not going to be on our list of great places to return to.
