Lettuce Eat

This place is awesome! The food is flavorful and I don’t feel like I’ve gained 10 pounds after leaving. I’ve had salads, wraps, sandwiches and paninis and they were all delicious. Hours make it a little difficult to get there anytime other than lunch during the week, but I will always make time for this place. :)

The website as well as the Unilocal page suggest that this business delivers. However, after numerous attempts in the past few months to order lunch delivery I am yet to succeed.
I called this entity at different times of day before 1:30 pm to always be told that either a) «All the drivers are out»; b) «Driver called in sick» c) «I don’t deliver today».
Please note, I also tried to order lunch for the following day delivery with similar results.
My advice — take some time and write the delivery schedule properly! Don’t confuse the hungry.

The perfect place for a quick light lunch! I grabbed a soup and salad. The soup of the day was tomato bisque. Very flavorful, creamy and just down right delicious! I can tell they put a lot of love into their soup :) Greek salad was delicious too. If you can spare a few calories try their cookies. Not sure if they’re made from scratch but, they taste like the real deal. Yum!

Heard about this place from a friend and decided to try since I was in the area. The front entrance is on the 95^th street side. It’s a modern and quaint space inside. I was really impressed with the selection on the menu! Everything from salads and soup to wraps and sandwiches. They also have mac and cheese and a grilled cheese which I know I will have to come back to try. This is a perfect spot for lunch! They also had a patio in the back that was a nice surprise. Food was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Tried it on a whim and come back weekly for my lunch hour.
Food is healthier option to pizza/​burger options near by (think Panera) and they’re pretty quick– especially with a call ahead.
I’m mad about the spinach salad (with feta, chicken, strawberries, and almonds!) And the street taco wrap (shredded chicken, green chile sauce, pepper jack, tomato, and lettuce)
Absolutely recommend! Convenient, delicious, and cheap!

I have been working next to this company for several years now. I have ordered food from them about a dozen times, only because I usually bring my lunch with me. If I eat out for lunch, this is the spot for sure. The canjun chicken sandwich is just absolutely stellar. Large, plump chicken breast seasoned just enough with the right amount of canjun «kick» to taste it but not so much that it ruins the sandwich. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Went here for the first time about two weeks ago. I wasn’t familiar where the front door was and noticed some people walking into a door that was propped open. Little did I know that they either owned the place or worked there but I walked into what was the kitchen. The guy smiled and welcomed me in and I told him as long as you don’t put me to work. The staff seemed very friendly from the beginning so I knew this was going to be a great experience.
I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich that came with a bag of chips and a pickle. The guy taking my order offered to put my chips in my to go box, which I thought was a nice touch. The order came out about 5 minutes later and brought it back to work. The bun was OUTSTANDING. I wasn’t sure what type of bread it was but it was very soft yet chewy. 5 stars on the bread alone. I wasn’t sure what to think about the way the chicken was prepared. I guess I thought it would be chucks of chicken with cajun spices and cheeses but they were two chicken tenderloins. It wasn’t bad by any means, just wasn’t what I expected. The flavor was very good and the chicken wasn’t dry like I sometimes tend to do with chicken tenderloins. Cajun spices were spicy, which I loved. Sometimes you get Cajun spices that are a little weak.
The place was very cute with little patio tables and works of art that appeared to be for sale on the walls. There was a table of 3 there waiting for their food and as the lady brought out their meals I drooled. Large sandwiches and salads that looked hearty and healthy. I can’t wait to go back and try some more sandwiches, wraps and salads. A hidden gem in OP.

I totally recommend trying this healthy lunch place. I stopped in this week to get something light for lunch. I had chicken tortilla soup. I was allowed to ‘sample’ it prior to buying it. Which I thought was very accommodating and SMART!
They have healthy food and really reasonable prices. The woman who was running the joint– Kelly was super engaging and fun to talk to… They also do catering!
Try it one time, I thin you will get hooked! :)

Great little café for lunch. Delish homemade bread and hoagie rolls for their sandwiches & paninis. The pesto chicken panini was very tasty and filling. My hub had the Italian beef panini and really liked it. The wraps looked delicious also. This was our first time here… We’ll be back!

Located in a strip mall, just west of 95^th and Metcalf, Lettuce Eat is a nice lunch diversion. It appears to be primarily a catering venue, but they do provide tasty fare for the lunch crowd, being open Monday thru Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
My dining companions chose the Cajun Chicken sandwich, while I chose the Italian Club panini. The sandwiches were well prepared, with plenty of meat and toppings. For you foodies (the wife and others), it was «pretty» for a sandwich. Due to an unexpected rush, the owner (?) came out and apologized for them not having one of the ingredients for the toppings. No one had noticed, but he gave us free cookies to make up for the issue. I always love it when owners/​management act proactively to something being amiss, instead of only handling complaints.
Although the hours and distance from my work/​home conflict with my ability to get there frequently, I plan to try it again in the future. For those of you convenient to the area/​hours, when your «people» are looking for a lunch eatery, I suggest you say to them Lettuce Eat.
