I really wanted to give this place a better review. We really liked the sales guy and owner who helped us pick out a pool table, ping pong table top and cocktail arcade game. The problems began before delivery. We were told delivery would be on a Wed, we took the 4 hour window of time out of our day only to find out they made a mistake and actual delivery was Thurs. All calls to talk with owner were skirted by excuses. He did finally leave a vm apologizing for our inconvenience. Upon delivery the following day everything hit the fan. The arcade was not what we ordered, so a call was made to store and we were able to keep the mistake until the following week when they could replace it. Also, the ping pong table was not the color we ordered. They were willing to replace it, but we chose to keep it anyway. After a few other minor mishaps we were finally done with delivery. …Then that evening we use the pool table. During the first game, one of the side pockets came loose and fell to the floor. So 3 out of the 3 purchases had something go wrong. Our patience reached it’s limit at that point. Someone did come and fix it the following week when they delivered the right arcade game. We are angry and frustrated and wonder what will happen next! A call from the owner, an offer of a partial refund… a free pool cue.(anything!!!) would have been the very least they could have done in order remedy their mistakes.

I bought a shuffleboard table from gameroom concepts in December of last year. When they delivered it, they brought two left sides of the table. They tried to put it together when they came back to my house the second time. They put it together with the two left sides and one of the guys noticed it. They left. They come back again with the right side and took apart one left side. They asked to use some of my tools which they left with and I haven’t gotten back. One guy came back a couple of times more to fix defects and to bring some accessories for the table including a shuffleboard cover. The cover was not the right one for the table. He said he would order me a brown one that would fit. This was almost 2 months ago. I talked to gameroom concepts last week(beginning of March) on the phone and asked them about it. He said that he just ordered the cover a couple of days ago and that it should be in on Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 and that they would deliver it to my house. Gameroom concepts rudely and arguably told me to go ahead and get my lawyer. They called me a couple of days later to tell me that they would buy my replacement tools. It is now March 13th and I still haven’t gotten the cover that is owed to me or my tools. Each time they came I asked about the cover and my tools. I am still waiting for my cover and tools. By the way, I bought a 60 in 1 game table at a competitors store because they have great customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
