We have visited this location many times over the years. While we hadn’t been in a while we visited just recently and have to say we were very disappointed. It is clear food costs are now a problem for this location. The portion sizes are much smaller now and the food was just mediocre. Great with smaller portions but then reduce the prices. Kids menu is expensive for what you get and too many other great options to visit here again.

Great evening supper tonight for a family party of ten. Delicious food and excellent service! Thank you Candy and Sara for taking such good care of us! Two of us had the new seafood Cioppino dish and really enjoyed it. I always love the warm bread and the great chicken soup. Thank you, Carrabba’s for a wonderful time!

I hadn’t been here in around 10 years but had used to come all the time. We called in ahead and waiting 20 minutes on Friday night with the place packed which wasn’t too bad. The food was awesome and our server was fantastic. All the staff was very attentive and incredibly accommodating. The manager spoke with us and was phenomenal giving us 3 free desserts for 5 people! My family will definitely be coming to dinner here more often!

Carrabas is one of my favorite Italian restaurants but it only gets 3 stars on account that the dine in service is great but the car-side to-go service is very poor. I wish they hadn’t done away with the Tag Tic Pac but it’s substitute is 4 out of 5 stars. I love the homemade Ceasar dressing and always request extra for dipping their homemade fresh bread. Carside pickup requires better training. Never have I received my order when arriving and this is after placing the order online and driving 20 minutes to pick it up. I always have to wait 5 – 10 minutes and a few times I had to walk into the restaurant to see what the hold up is. My special requests such as extra dressing are seldom acknowledged. Seriously, I wonder if the carside waiter even reads the special request instructions. If the carside pickup service improves, I will revise my overall rating of this location. *I have attempted carside carry out twice since this review and it’s hit and miss. First time, instead of receiving extra Ceasar dressing(main reason I even get Carrabas) I received Alfredo sauce. It looks similar but doesn’t taste the same! The 2nd visit it took me 35 minutes to drive there so I was expecting the order to be ready when I arrived but even still I had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside. Come on Carrabas, don’t offer this service if you don’t want to get it right! Otherwise, the food was made to order.

Went here for Valentine’s Day lunch. We were seated promptly and welcomed! Our waiter was very kind and helpful because we have never ate Carrabba’s before. The salads we ordered came out first and we’re delicious and the home made dressing is to die for. I ordered steak and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and my date had lobster ravioli. Both dishes were absolutely amazing! We also got the«chocolate dream» for dessert and it was heavenly! Would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion or date night out.

Wow. That was not good. Finally ventured into Carrabba’s for my niece’s birthday, at her request. The space is clean and inviting and the server was attentive enough with just a hint of personality. The salad my wife had and the minestrone soup I had(included in the price of the entrée) were both quite nice. That is the end of the good list. I had the shrimp and scallop linguini alla vodka for my main course. The noodles were flaccid and quickly dissolving in a thick bland red sauce with a handful of barely heated shrimp and a smattering of scallop pieces. The portion was very small, and not just by fat ‘Merican standards either. For $ 17 I expect more than a small handful of pasta with one ladle of bland sauce, three floppy shrimps, and leftover scraps of scallops. So very disappointing. But not nearly as disappointing as my wife’s dish. She screwed up and and ordered the cioppino at a chain restaurant. I have to assume that whoever made this from«scratch» today must have misread the recipe, then the kitchen lead was momentarily struck blind, the head chef was doing a line in the bathroom, and then the server was too busy to check the dish before it reached the table. Cioppino is a hearty seafood stew, hell, even their menu calls it a stew, but what she got was a pasta bowl with a thin layer of red sauce that looked just like the vodka sauce with more rubbery shrimp, scallop flecks, 3 mussels, and a few clams, one of which was unopened and obviously dead but rather than give him a proper burial in the kitchen they let him visit our table for a last goodbye. Was there supposed to be a couple ladles of seafood stock added to this before it reached the table or is this a modern take on the San Francisco classic? Sadly, we will never know because we will not be returning to this Olive Garden Express, er, I mean, Carrabba’s. Want to experience a pretty good Cioppino in the midwest? Get the Cioppino at Whole Foods. A larger portion is available for $ 6.99, the seafood is fresh from their fish market, and it actually resembles the stew from San Francisco. And while you’re there get a bowl for the head chef at Carrabba’s.

Enjoyed my meal which was the Caprese Salad… large enough appetizer to serve as an entrée. Was here for a surprise party and the service was good. Will definitely be back.

I had fettuccine Alfredo for my meal. Didn’t even get one bite before the smell of it smelled like vomit. Not exaggerating at all, it smelled and tasted like vomit. Also, service was vey inattentive. It took forever to get anything asked, as well as asking for a to go cup 4 times and ended up leaving without one. Also, some of the staff was very rude and arrogant. Not a great experience.

When you go to a «chain restaurant» you have to assume you will have a «chain experience». Well with this location you get that in spades. First off our waitress seemed to really and I mean really want us to place our order. 4 times in less than 5 minutes we were asked if we were ready to order. Each time we asked for some time and she would still hover around. Now for the record it was a Friday night but yet the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Many empty tables around. The food itself was just mediocre, nothing special, nothing outstanding. As all Carrabbas, the food seems over priced and the serving sizes seem smaller than some of the competitors out there. Again not horrible just mediocre. So for a family of three $ 70 with no dessert. But at least you get a staff intent on making sure you order as quickly as possible!

While I am typically impressed with most Carabba’s, this particular one just amazed me. We had a server(named Connor. highly recommended) who was just wonderful. My wife and I had both of our families and our three children with us and he was wonderful, patient and attentive. A manager whose name escapes me(she was what I believe was of east asian decent and pregnant) was equally as wonderful and took a great deal of time and care to make sure our stay was wonderful. In my opinion, this location should be a template for all other Carabba’s. We are customers for life!

Came here for a quick lunch, restaurant was pretty empty. It was quick, in and out in less than an hour. Their bread was good. I got a greek/italian salad and lasagna. I didn’t like the Lasagna that much… My son got the steak kabob for kids and that was good. I should have gotten a kids meal! ha!

Soup was great the baked pasta dish had never seen an oven. Cold limp lifeless. Management worked hard to make it better but by then I was past it.

Very flavorful dishes. From the Sicilian chicken soup and steamed vegetables to the Pollo Rosa Maria and in-house made tiramisu, I had a very delectable time. There is a relaxed quality to this restaurant. My husband and I could leisurely take in the dishes, converse, and enjoy the comfy atmosphere. Our waitress was jovial and always there to refill a glass or take away a finished plate. For a random place on our cross country road trip, this place truly hit the spot.

Calamari. Caesar Salad. Chicken Bryan with cavatappi. Raspberry Italian Soda. Is there a lunch more perfect than this? I was so glad I only sampled a small piece of bread with the dipping oil. I’m a bread lover and it took some restraint, but seriously every morsel I was served here was awesome. I was so glad I didn’t spoil my appetite! Came with a group of six at noon on a Friday and we were immediately seated. There’s several places I love to go that would not have been able to do that. The whole experience felt easy and relaxed and the food came quickly. Highly recommend this gem!

Decent service. The food we had was really bland and my Italian soda barely had any flavor other than the carbonated soda

Came here for a Sunday dinner. The food was fresh and they came out in a timely manner. The bread with Olive oil dipping saurce was awesome, I cant get enough of. The chicken masala was very favourful, the mushrooms and the sauce go so well together. I would love to go back and try some more their dishes.

I know — it’s a franchise, so what do you expect right? Chicken plus cheese plus 7 cherry tomatoes that are halved and a glass of water for $ 13.87 plus tip. Not the lunch I was envisioning. I wandered if the other 5 customers in the restaurant were thinking the same thing. This place used to be better and hope it returns that kind of standard some day soon.

Chicken Bryan… nuff said. Smoky wood-fired grilled chicken topped with creamy and tart goat cheese medallions and soft sun-dried tomatoes. To top it off with a perfect sprinkle of basil and then dress it up with a beautifully smooth lemon butter sauce that you will want to take a bath in ;) I’d love to show you what it looks like.. but I ate it.

Great food and service. Everything is freshly prepared. The best bread and olive oil dipping sauce. Can’t get enough of it. Their new daily happy hour is awesome with ½ drinks and appetizers from 3 – 7 pm. The signature Sangria is awesome. Delicious!!! Caesar salad is always good. Calamari~ yummy.

My husband enjoyed it but I found it kind of lacking. I ordered a martini but I was given a different to drink. I don’t know where the waitress went but I ended up drinking the wrong drink anyway because I got tired of waiting. It turned out pretty good. The muscles were awesome but our fettuccine Weezy was a greasy mess. I wish they would bring back the clams linguine.

I have eaten at Carrabbas in Austin Texas. The food there has always been very good. There service here was very slow at first. When I asked someone who my waiter was it picked up from there. I asked for a salad with the Parmesan dressing on it. The one that comes already tossed. When it came the dressing was on the side. I ordered capellini with pomadoro sauce. I wanted a half order and was told they don’t do that. They do that regularly in Texas. The angel hair was gritty. Like it had not been rinsed. It also needed salt. The chocolate brownie desert was good. The wait staff were very nice. Not sure I would come back to this restaurant. It just was not great food.

The most delicious pasta I ever had in my life. Shrimp and scallop linguine alla vodka, and our server Julien was amazing. He’s the best server I’ve ever had. So courteous and nice.
