Was starving after a doctor’s appointment at SODO and had to get back to work so jumped in the drive thru here. The woman on the speaker was so friendly and helpful and happily answered my silly questions about whether I could get light sour cream and if she thought I could finish 3 tacos in the combo! I love people who take the time to take care of my needs-​even the the drive-​thru-​NO, wait-​ESPECIALLY in the drive-​thru!
I pulled up to the pickup window where another friendly lady delivered my order and asked what sauces I’d like. The service here is really good and the people are really customer-​oriented.
The tacos were just fair-​but they were fresh and hot and filled me up!

Oh, Taco Bell. I get nostalgic when I come here. It reminds me of late nights, a youthful metabolism, and extreme hangovers. This particular Taco Bell is very conveniently located in the Sodo Plaza. The building is new and the parking lot looked very clean. We went through the drive thru. It was kind of hard to get into the drive thru line, but the drive thru attendant was very nice and patiently listened to us debate the relative merits of Captain Crunch donuts vs cinnamon twists. Spoiler alert: my husband got both. I got a diet Pepsi (Happy hour from 2 – 5!), but I have to admit that I was very jealous watching him eat the artificially colored and flavored calorie bomb.
Overall, this is a solid Taco Bell location.

This Taco Bell is totally different from other locations I’ve been to this one is really big and looks like it’s newly remodeled. The staff is really friendly they always care and the food comes out fresh and quickly. I love the Quesarito’s yummy

Only usually hit this place up on my cheat days, which is about once every two weeks, the biggest compliment I can give is their customer service, they have really stepped it up a few notches, every employee I have dealt with at this location for the past year has been outgoing and pleasant to deal with. The food is pretty decent, I mean it is Taco Bell, I usually go after their cantina wrap which is decent.

I love this Taco Bell location! Nice and quiet. The service is excellent. Every time I visit everyone working is super friendly and cool. The food always tastes fresh! This is probably the only Taco Bell in Orlando I even want to visit! It’s THAT nice :)

As far as taco bells go… this one gets it mostly right!
Guy who rung me up at the counter was friendly enough to be one of the memorable parts on my trip. Staff seemed like they’re pretty friendly overall (which is rare where I’m from).
My fresco bean burritos were perfect, not as messily put together as some other ones I’ve had (by taco bell standards, of course).
Like all taco bells, a great place to score a late night «lunch» if you’re vegetarian or vegan.

Yes I know its taco bell… and it’s fast food… but It’s my guilty pleasure!
I only ever eat tacos, mexican pizza and chips and cheese…
I never have to double check my order because it’s always right! Probably now that I said that I’ve probably have jinxed myself… hahaha
It’s be remodeled and I love the drive-thru…they have maximized the parking lot to fit in the SODO complex.
The staff is friendly and efficient!

Several solid review for this TB so I have it a shot and it was up to snuff! Clean, new store design and they grilled the Crunchwrap Supreme all the way shut… which when they don’t is a huge pet peeve!
One of the better TB’s I’ve been to. 4 stars on the «fast food scale.»

This is a newer Taco Bell in the SODO complex. and this place is nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. I always get the Doritos Locos Tacos… Cant wait for the new Doritos Flavor tacos to come out! Anyways, food seems to be fresh every time we visit and have never had a problem at this location with exception of one thing… too much sugar in the sweet tea, i have to do ½ and ½ tea to tone it down a little. otherwise no complaints at this location.

So we went here kinda as a joke cause we were starving and it literally had two 5 star reviews… uhhhh… yeah, but surprisingly, it was pretty legit.
Extremely clean, new Taco Bell design and one of the friendliest staff’s I have recently come across in fast food.
