My husband would give this place a 10 if the stars went that high. We eat here at least 3 times a week. The sandwiches are fresh and hearty, and who does not love the Coke freestyle machine. Hello! Pro tip: My husband asks for a sandwich he calls the Eric (his name). Essentially, he replaces the beef on the steamer with chicken and turkey. Ask Kelly to make you one, and she will know exactly what you are talking about because he orders it so often! Trust me, it does not disappoint!

My favorite is the Engineer, doesn’t matter which Firehouse I go to, it’s always consistent and yummy!
I gave this location a 3 star because I made an online order to be picked up, got there half hour later and they haven’t even started on my sub, not even that busy at all, waited for 15 minutes and got the sub. I was so hungry and about to pass out, hence the reason I made an order way ahead so it’ll be ready to be picked up! That was a disappointing experience.
Maybe will try again next time, hopefully it’ll be ready by then.

I really like the Firehouse chain, and this location doesn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Our food was made quickly, and they remembered to leave off the onions.
I like that Firehouse lists the caloric content of their food. I really feel like it helps consumers make smart choices, and I respect that they are willing to provide that information. I also really like the Coke Freestyle machine. I like to try the different flavors and mix them together.

First of all, the staff is excellent. Kelli is always there and always superb. Very pleasant, professional group. Second, the subs are so much better than Subway, or Jimmy Johns, or any other sub shop. Better in every way.

I like the subs here. My favorites are the Engineer and the club on a sub. The sandwiches are made fresh to order and they are always consistently good.

Had lunch here with my husband recently. Had a friendly greeting when we walked in. The woman at the register took our order fairly quickly and the food was prepared promptly. I went with the tuna sub combo (includes choice of chips and a drink) which was actually very good. It was perfectly put together and sliced, not sloppy like other sandwich places. They also include a dill pickle spear which I loved. They have the coke machine that has so many different choices and possibilities.
While we were dining in, I heard a customer place her order and then, minutes later, ask to make a change to her sandwich even though the order was already made. The employees went ahead and made the change without any problem or griping. Impressive.
If I’m in the area again and craving a sandwich I will definitely keep this place in mind!

Great sub place with consistently good food. They make an effort to learn customers names if you come in a few times. With so many quick service places nowadays having poor service, this store does a great job with their customers. They are consistently busy during the lunch rush which means they are doing something right. Everything on the menu is good. I would recommend the Italian or chicken salad sub.

Meh is all I have to say. The staff are disconnected with the customers, the floor was dirty and the guy making my sandwich had a girl visiting him that just helped herself to a drink and started talking to him. I work at a four diamond hotel and this kind of behavior would be unacceptable. I told the cashier he could throw away my receipt and he said «really!?!» with attitude. At this point it doesn’t even matter about the sandwich. I left with the «I’m back in high school» feeling and didn’t even enjoy my sandwich. Go to jimmy johns if you want a good environment not here.

This place is sooo much better than Subway or Quizno’s. Their meat tastes better, they have lots of drink choices (never seen one of those crazy coke machines that has every flavor before!), and the people who work there are really polite. Their Italian sub is awesome! Plus, they give you a pickle with your sub. They had me at the pickle;)
