His name is Steven. He was clearly on drugs. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. I feel that a restaurant must provide a standard of safety to its customers and this small standard was violated. This is a clear sign of poor management. Taco Bell should be held to a higher standard by taking clear and corrective action until then stay away for health reasons.

Says its open till 4am but closes the grille down at 3am. Which means only tacos and nothing else. Total BS

This Taco Bell location is in the SoDo district of Orange Avenue. North of Michigan Avenue, it is in the Super Target plaza. On my visits here, the service has been quick and friendly, the food is served hot and in a timely manner, and the dining area and bathrooms are always clean. I stopped in here for lunch this past Wednesday. Always busy during lunchtime. I ordered the Combo Number 3, which is three tacos(either hard or soft shell) and a large drink for $ 5.39. I also ordered a Mexican Pizza for $ 3.39. I always have to order one of those. Love those things. Especially covered in hot sauce! Anyway, with tax, the order came to $ 9.36. As I mentioned, service is always friendly. And the employee working the counter, Shenikwa, is worth mentioning. She was friendly and greeted each customer with a smile, as well as the other employees whose names I did not get. All employees were courteous and made sure that the service was fast, all condiments were available and well stocked, and that the dining area was clean. Let’s face it. It is more of a fast food restaurant than it is a Mexican restaurant. But if you are tired of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and hoagies for lunch, this is a good change of place. The only problem I have with this Taco Bell is that you have to deal with the traffic in the SoDo plaza and parking lot in order to get to the restaurant. During lunch hour, traffic can be heavy. And with the intersection of the parking lot being confusing as it is, it can cause some problems. Anyone who has driven around the Orange Avenue-Michigan Avenue intersection knows about the experience I am writing about. But for a reasonably priced meal, it is worth checking out. Especially for one of those Mexican Pizzas!
