Menopause… I was having a very difficult time and medicine was making it worse so I went in and spoke with Dianna and she told me to try one product and that it should work in 2 days. I really believed her because I have been going there for 20 years. when my daughter was young and very ill each year they helped me tremendously. So I took this supplement morning and evening and the second day no hot flashes, no feelings out of control and screaming. It is amazing. I am telling everyone. So thankful that the staff and owners know their stuff. Thank you for saving me from the Hell of Menopause!!!

Only the best, plenty of stock vitamins, minerals, and supplements. I’ve been going here almost as long a they have been in business, 27 years now. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Ask questions they will direct you to the products you need. Groceries and frozen foods available here also, meeting many different needs, many gluten-​free products, as well as allergy-​free foods. Herbs, homeopathic, aromatherapy, body care, baby care also.

Best selection of gluten free items, ever! They had a few different frozen foods that I had seen online but never in any store. For example, Schar pizzas– yum! Prices are better than Whole Foods and other grocers who have gluten free items. I love supporting a local, small, family run business. WIN-​WIN :) If you’re gluten free or know someone that is, you have to check this place out. Nice people and they are happy to order items for you too.
