Absolutely fabulous!!! Really not painful at all and already after my 3^rd appointment my 1 large visable vericose vein IS GONE!!! My spider veins much lighter. 4 more appointments next week and I’m DONE!!! I should have went sooner but better late than never! Dr Satish V is amazing! Thank you. Insurance paid 100% for me.

I caution people to stay away from this place. Unless of course you want to be treated like a number and not a patient.
I took my mom for her surgical procedure today. She was given consent forms to sign that had her doctors name, signed the forms and we were waiting. Then we see another doctor there so my mom asks if her doctor is going to be doing her procedure. The receptionist says «no your doctor is not here he is on his honeymoon he does not give us much notice if he is going to be out» Are you kidding me?! They failed to mention that when they called the day before to confirm the appointment. Someone else took my mom to an exam room and was basically saying since you are here you can meet the doctor and see if you would like to go ahead. My mother did not see the other doctor.
When we got home we looked up the other doctor on the website and he is NOT even based in Illinois he is from another state.
This place treats people like it is a free clinic and like they are not paying for a service. The procedure my mom was going to have is $ 5500.00. I can not get over the customer service at this place. It is a joke. The office manager came in and apologized but had no explanation why we never received a call to let us know her doctor was not going to be in.
