I’ve been a customer of Appliance Parts Express for years. With the advent of online appliance repair websites and YouTube appliance repair videos, you really have no excuse not to repair it yourself. Their advice is straight on(and free). And normally if you price the online part with shipping, Appliance Parts Express’ price is plus or minus a few dollars. No wait — just pick it up. If you’ve never been here, it’s just north of NFM.

I’m a Realtor & I was working to help a client with a bad heating element & Clock in their old GE oven. The 1st appliance place I called told me they no longer made parts for this oven & they would have to get a new one!(it was a double oven wall unit!) I called Nebraska Appliance and not only did they have parts in their warehouse but they also rearranged the service schedule to get this part installed quickly before the closing date! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of this client! I’m THRILLED, to say the least! Nebraska Appliance will be my #1 go to in the future for ALL appliance repairs.

Repaired the problem, but very expensive. Manager is not to be questioned. Kind of rude. I could have purchased a new dryer for the cost if the repair.

As good as it can be, I suppose! The repair person was on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and suggested a repair. The repair was a motor replacement and it looked like something I could easily tackle myself. They sold me the new motor at a reasonable price(just a little more than I’d pay on-line or on eBay, so I am happy to buy locally in this case) and had it for me overnight. Very friendly folks!

my experience was terrible. refrigerator had stopped cooling. technician did come out promptly. 3 problems: #1 they could not get part. they did not call to let us know about this. after 1 ½ weeks we ordered part on our own and got it in 2days. #2 they charged us service call to diagnosis problem and would not apply it to labor cost for putting part. #3 they wanted to charge $ 150 more to put in a part that took me 10minutes to do when I finally did it.
