These artists are truly rude!!! Over the phone and in person! Don’t waste your time because they treat you like you are wasting theirs

Excellent customer service! My daughter wanted to get her navel pierced and after 2 terribly rude experiences at two different places in Omaha we decided to pay the $ 55 fee at Dr Jacks. How I wish we had started here. You definitely get what you pay for at Dr Jack’s. The technician explained exactly what to expect, his safety procedures and after care. The shop had a lot of people in it and was clean and professional. For all future piercings we will only go to Dr Jacks. Her piercing turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with the knowledge of the gentleman helping us. Thank you! She worked hard to get straight A’s so that she could get her belly button pierced. You actually made it a pleasant experience that she will remember. See you again next year for her nose piercing!(providing she gets straight A”s, that is)
