Tammy from Bright eyes did my eye liner. It turned out fantastic wish I would had it done years ago. My mom who had previously had here brows tattooed needed a touch up and so she had Tammy touch them up and they came out by fare looking better then when originally tattooed. I have checked others in this field and The knowledge and education that Tammy has exceeds what is required. Bright eyes permanent cosmetics exceeded my expectations!

Doesn’t even know how she got her license! Um scary considering you have to renew every two years! Would not recommend with such lack of knowledge on her own career!

I had upper and lower permanent eyeliner tattooed on. I’m really glad I decided to go for it. I’ll leave an updated review after I’m done healing (just did this yesterday), but my experience thus far was fantastic. Tammy is truly professional, knowledgeable and patient. It was comforting to know that she has a background in ophthalmology and many years of experience. It’s scary to think of tattooing right next to the eye, but I felt very confident that I was in good hands. She really took the time to make sure I was getting the right thickness, color, tapering, etc. If you are considering having permanent make-​up done I would highly recommend Tammy.

I had my upper and lower eyes done in January.
I love them! I can leave the house just like this and look fine. I only wish I had it done sooner! I had been talking about this and researching the process before having it done.
My consult appt was over an hour and we discussed size and color choices and all my questions were answered.
While the application process is a little painful BUT it was sooooo worth it!!!
I finished my application at about 4 PM and had dinner guests at 6 and not one person noticed any swelling or redness, I did wear my glasses so that helped! I had it done on Friday and back to work on Monday and even with applying the special ointment not any comments were made.
