Authentic Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing

I agree with the previous comments about the staff not being overly friendly or them having a great selection of jewelry. However, I didn’t find them to be rude per se and I just bought the jewelry I wanted online and inserted in once the piercing had healed– no biggie. I got a $ 20 nose piercing that was done properly and healed well (although, admittedly, that probably has more to do with me than with them.). In short, I would go there again and can say I would recommend them for a simple piercing such as I got there.

Super friendly staff. Clean environment. Artist was very patient (especially with a group of 5 women) I would definitely come back for more work. A+

I took my daughter in to get her navel pierced. The guy pierced it incorrectly’ so she is going to have to take it out, let it heal and have it repierced. The guys were very rude and disrespectful. We will never go back!

Drove all the way out to have them pierce my naval and the people were very rude! Decided i did not want them going anywhere near my body with a needle and left. You would think if i was paying them and trusting them to stick a needle in my body they would be a little more polite and friendly. Will be telling people not to visit this business

Apparently this place doesn’t like piercing navels or the money that comes with it. A large group of us came in for piercings. As we entered not one employee said hi or acknowledged us with any courtesy at all. When we told them why we were there they asked for copies of our drivers licenses. Some man took us back to the procedure room without saying anything. As the guy is marking my daughters navel she asks me what type of stud they will use as not one person has explained anything to us regarding the procedure. Thank God I asked him because it was not something she wanted in her belly button. We then told him we were not interested in proceeding and I, my friends and all of our money walked right out the door. Clearly this place could use some lessons in customer service. Being rude is NEVER good business. My girls and their friends started out with navels and wish to eventually do different piercings. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Authentic Ink. Go to Dr. Jack’s and pay the $ 55. The guy there was nice and informative. Imagine that…

I’ve had 5 tattoos and one piecing done at Authentic Ink. I’m very pleased with the level of customer service that I’ve received. 2 years in a row I have purchased the Living Social deal and they have been more than accomodating. Nick is a true artist and I plan to get more work done by him in the future. It’s too bad others have not had the same experience but I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Great place to get pierced. I would have rated it a five but the girl worker there was rude and made a snide comment to me. I would go back as long as I didn’t have to deal with her.
