The food and staff are great but if you are going to eat here pay in cash or they will double charge your card. It was a fight teying to get our money back

I ordered the sole with wild rice and the lady ordered the shrimp festival. The appetizer of calamari and veggies came out first. Great Calamari. The veggies were carrots and broccoli in tempura type breading. Not anything to write home about, but food came out quickly considering how packed this place was on a Saturday night. The salads came next, then the entrees. All done to perfection. Good portion size and we ended up having to take the remainder home. The sole was done to perfection and the shrimp was done with amazing sauces. Out sever was«Norma L.». She was very attentive and refilled our beverages right on time. She knows what she is doing. Best server I’ve ever encountered. Tipped accordingly. We waddled back to our vehicle quite pleased and content.

3rd time at this location and they always seem to have issues with something. From dirty dishes to meals that take a while to come out. This last time we came in a little after 6pm. It wasn’t too busy but for some reason our food took longer than an hour to come out… After being told«It shouldn’t be too much longer». When we got our food my shrimp Alfredo tasted like sticks of butter with a side of shrimp. And the extra alfredo sauce that I ordered wouldn’t have even begun to help… If I ever got it. Spare yourself the aggravation and waste of money.

The service was out of this world. The food was hot and flavorful. I would recommend this location to everyone. Even the drinks were on point.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon recently with my husband. The waiter was excellent. Very attentive and energetic. The food came out fast considering how many people were there. Everything tasted great we ordered the lobster and artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was delicious. Will definitely go back to this one!

Mary is AMAZING. Seriously, this was the best experience we have EVERHADATREDLOBSTER. The next time we visit, we definitely will ask to be seated in her section. Great customer service. Mary is the best! !

I really enjoy the food at Red Lobster. The cheddar biscuits are delicious. Parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo, Cesar Salad, Chowder and Cheescake are all good. But I can’t figure out why the service is so slow at every Red Lobster I go to? And it’s extremely slow! At. Every. Single. Red. Lobster. No. Matter. The. Location. At this location, MaKenzie was absolutely wonderful– so it’s not her fault the cooks were so slow. So I don’t feel it’s ever the waitress’ fault. So because the food is great and the waitress was friendly I give this place two stars only. Speed of service is plain awful.

I always get excellent service here. Staff is very kind and attentive. I usually receive horrible service everywhere I go in Olympia/lacey because I am young and they probably expect a poor tip. I appreciate being treated like a normal guest here and the food is always great!

I enjoy red lobster and I always come back for crabfest. Today however the restaurant was disgusting. There were shells all over the floor that crunches undertow. At a near waiters station a pile of shells and dirty dishes sat for half an hour of our visit. The service was just as you expected after seeing the mess. I asked for water without ice and it had ice in it. Our biscuits didn’t come with plates to eat them on. Our waitress was AWOL for most of our visit. The food was decent, the only saving grace. It makes me want to never come back to this restaurant.

Last night my husband and I went out to dinner for my birthday. By chance we ended up sitting at the same table as our first visit to this location. When our waitress Amber came we were excited because she had taken good care of us during our first visit. She did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed and offered great menu suggestions. Our food arrived in a timely manner and tasted great! They were a little busy when arrived but everyone was extremely friendly. Amber deserves a raise and some recognition!

It has been several years since we last went to Red Lobster because it seemed to be going down hill at that time. With a bit of hesitation we tried it again. Glad we did, major improvement. I still love the cheeses drop biscuits(I make them at home with no salt) and today had the Haddock Fish and chips. YUMMY!!! The fish is half of a filet of fish, Fries could use just a wee bit more time in the fryer but still really good. My husband had the lobster tacos and said they were delicious. Service was quick and pleasant(note I managed to dump my husbands ice tea with my menu and they were very gracious about clean up. I did help with that because hey it was my fault) The 4 star is for the décor which is blah. Nice pictures on the wall, but I do miss the beach faded walls they used to have, and the other homey touches it used to have. Guess that dates me to the 80’s…lol. It looks and feels like a 90’s steak house. Will be going back with my crustacean loving daughter

Well. As awesome as our server was, i definitely wont be going here, ever again. Im not into seafood but my SO is, which is why we ended up here in the first place. So anyways. I ordered a dish with chicken. 3 times! 3 times they took my plate back due to RAWCHICKEN. I mean completely raw. Totally lost my appetite after that. They did take my meal off the ticket, gave us a 25% discount, and offered me another meal free of charge(which i passed on because i was already disgusted & lost my appetite).

They have great seafood here for a chain restaurant. I love just about everything they serve. The hand breaded shrimp, clams, fish, etc… is all delicious. I even love their only non-seafood dish, which is the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. They also have a very good drink selection if you are into that, I don’t drink alcohol though.

So I had the most wonderful experience here with my family! Our server Ryan helped my mom crack her crab with step by step instructions. He got gloves from the back and did it for her! — when my sister finished her Mac and cheese that she ordered(she’s 3) — she handed the plate to him and told him that she was finished but there were a few noodles she couldn’t get, so Ryan got her spoon, scooped them up and fed her it was so cute! My brother(he’s 2) got jealous and gave him his spoon do Ryan could give him a bite too. Like a good sport, he did! Then his girlfriend who also works there, Jordan, the sweetest woman ever, drew pictures on my sisters’ drawing pad because the kids were getting a bit antsy. They treated us with the best first dining experience at Red Lobster! If you’re going to go, I suggest requesting either Jordan or Ryan! Plus they are pros with children! Plus the lobster was ammaaaaazing!

my wife an i go here atleast every few months. Staff is friendly. and good service. We like the new updated remodel. looks fresh and a better atmosphere. Food is ok. its hit and miss, depends on what you have. some tastes fresh and is cooked good and somethings dont seem cooked well or taste like canned or frozen. but havent had to send any food back. the awesome busqits are what we like the best. the seafood is good and what brings my wife back when she has the cravings. drinks are good, but little over priced compared to other places. prices are a little high on food which is unfortunate. but closest seafood/steak restaurant around.

What to say… We went there for lobster, and I must say I remember every great lobster I’ve ever had. But I’ve never had one here. Jumbo crawfish is closer. Ladies, I agree here; size matters. We were disappointed by the 5 inch«lobsters», which, although small, were quite tough; almost as tough as the shrimp. Coffee was great. The atmosphere was as relaxing and romantic as Chuckie Cheese on a Saturday. Service? The word is unknown: muffins without butter, LOBSTER without butter.(they pour it on for you in the back. Water? Forgeddaboudit. To sum it up, I’ll say over priced, under served, over cooked. High prices, low quality. Next time, we’ll go somewhere nice. Like Skippers.

It’s kind of hard to make a review on chain restaurants for me. There’s a standard they abide by. My overall experience at this location is always exceptional! I’ve never had anything bad happen to me or have been displeased by the waiters/waitresses. Sometimes the food can be salty, but it’s seafood for the most part. Slather it in butter and it’s still very good. I do feel like the portions have become smaller, but I can’t complain. I ate all my food so that just means I don’t need to take it home. Oh, and the biscuits are so bomb and endless. Gotta love those! My family continues to come back so that’s a good thing!

Let’s be honest, I come here just for those deliciously cheesy, salty biscuits. The rest of the food is just ok. I do like the key lime pie, but now that they’ve taken it off of their meal deal(seriously, who wants to eat a heavy chocolate dessert after a whole bunch of seafood?) I never feel like spending $ 6 on a slice of it. The parking is easy as it shares a huge parking lot with a church, burger King, Shari’s, and a small coffee shop. I never order lobster, as I’m allergic, but the other dishes I’ve ordered(parmesan chicken, shrimp scampi) have been decent. I can’t help feeling like THATGIRL that goes to a famous steak house and orders a salad or something. I do, however, always get at least 3 rounds of the free biscuits.

I don’t know why we go back here. It’s probably because I love lobster. Tonight I ordered Lobster Topped Lobster. The actual lobster was great, but the Caesar salad was overly salted and wet, the beans that came on the potatoes had a nasty aftertaste(not fresh) and the cocktail I ordered(Malibu Bay Breeze) was not made by anyone that would call themselves a bartender. My wife had a snow crab steamer bowl. She said the crab was dry, the shrimp so overly seasoned, she couldn’t eat them and the scallops were literally dime-sized. I promise to stop eating at chain restaurants.

This was only my second time at Red Lobster! Of course the biscuits got me again! We had a very nice, kind waitress — KT. Our table number changed — from more and back down to less, and she was very accompanying. We were there for about 3 hours, just chatting and waiting for our party. I had clam chowder — I was craving it. Let’s just say that the local Seattle chowder is much much better. I guess once you expand your chowder buds, this doesn’t do it. It’s not bad chowder, I’ve just had tastier in WA&OR. My fiancée and another party member had the lobster grilled cheese. They thought it was ok. Nothing that throws itself at you. I tried a piece, but I preferred my chowda instead! Military get a free app/desert item. Thank you Red Lobster for appreciating their service!
