The last three times my husband and I have been here, I have had hair in my food. Not to pleased with that. Food is usually great but I don’t think my husband and I will be eating there anymore due to the hair problem in my food. I’m curious as to why there has been so many people that have had hair in their food. Maybe someone isn’t wearing the correct clothing while they work… Sad. Very disappointed.

Not a place for vegetarians to go. I was lured into this restaurant by the sign on the window for the double dipped French toast. I ordered that in the regular combo and asked if they would trade the bacon for something that wasn’t meat since I am a vegetarian. IHOP refused to make that simple substitution. Instead they just left the meat off of my plate. This tells me that a vegetarian’s money is not worth the same as someone who eats meat. Then the food that I did get was mediocre at best. I do not recommend that anyone go to this restaurant.

We ate on 2÷15÷16 at 8 pm. I have never had such bad service in my entire life! Our server«Brittney» asked us if we were ready to order 1 minute after we received our menus. I told her we needed more time and she literally came back a minute or two later. We hurried to order(the place was not busy at all). I ordered a burger and asked for chicken noodle soup instead of fries, she told me it was baked potato soup tonight not chicken noodle. I said okay, fries are fine. Our server then sat down at a table with an older gentleman who was obviously a regular customer. She catered to him while neglecting us and the other couple of tables she had. He wanted to order soup so she yelled from the table she was sitting at to the kitchen«what kind of soup do we have tonight?» The kitchen replied«chicken noodle» haha. Imagine my surprise. She couldn’t take the time to ask the kitchen what soup there was when I wanted to order it but she now could? She then realized I would probably be angry as I was sitting there and could hear the entire conversation. She signaled to the other waitress to not admit there was chicken noodle so the other server said«no it’s clam chowder!» The older gentleman said«haha nice save». Completely disrespectful. Our server then came back 10 minutes later to tell us they ran out of the beef for the omelet. We ordered a different omelet. Our food arrived and the hashbrowns with my finances omelet were a plate of oil and soggy undercooked hashbrowns. She never came to ask us how our food was but came to ask us if we could trade out our salt and pepper shakers for new ones she had? Which I felt was unprofessional to do while we were eating. I asked her if we could get our hashbrowns cooked longer. She brought our check while we were only half way done eating. Again, very unprofessional. She was rushing us and her other tables because she needed to «clock off» and clearly wanted her tips before she left. We finished eating the mediocre food and the hashbrowns still had not arrived. We left the food, paid, left. And will never return.

Service is going downhill at this place. Waitress brings the food and is never heard from again. Had to flag someone down to get more iced tea AND then the check. Food is OK. I can’t recommend the waffles as they are very soft and bread-y. But that is a Belgian waffle in a lot of places.

This is the worst place I have ever been to eat. The service was horrible it took 20 minutes for the waitress to even take our order then after waiting for 30 min for our food to come it was ice cold. When we told the waitress she took our plate and stuck it in the microwave. I ordered soup for my 1 year old and it was never brought up to temperature, I couldn’t feed it to him in fear of making him sick. When it came to «discounting» they said they couldn’t take care of our bill because we came in on a kids eat free night, and in order to do that you have to order 1 regular entrée and since ours weren’t right we’d have to pay for the kids even though there’s too were cold but they ate it because they couldn’t wait any longer. we had also ordered them French toast and she put it in as pancakes, we can look past that but it’s hard to look past the cold fruit they put on top. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this location.

We visited this location today, Sunday, at around 10:30 am. The good: Our waitress was very nice, funny and attentive. Coffee was good although I was in need of caffeine and would’ve drank mud. The bad: I ordered the 2 egg quick breakfast or whatever it’s called. My scrambled eggs were over cooked and rubbery. The bacon was scorched, my English muffin barely toasted and the hash browns were slightly crispy on one side but mushy all over. I should’ve sent everything back but I was with friends, and I was starving. They were busy and at first I wanted to cut them some slack for that but you know what? They are supposed to be busy, they have enough staff and it’s just breakfast! They should not screw up the food that badly. We were sitting by the kitchen and I kept hearing: I need a redo on waffles. I need a redo on bacon… They need to do a redo in the kitchen and maybe train the staff properly.

I can not even rate this with one star. Had a Late Breakfast/Lunch. My oldest Son Ordered Crepes, were served barely warm. My husband ordered Chicken & waffles, waffles cold, chicken hot?! My younger son ordered a breakfast sample… Everything was warm, he was disappointed in the ham being half a portion… Service was fine, but food was really a low score for us. And for the price, portions should reflect. Too bad, anytime I’m served cold food, when it should be served hot… Makes me wonder what the kitchen and conditions are like?

This ihop sucks compared to the IHOP on Martin Way. You can’t substitute food very easily. The Martin way IHOP is faster. The people are nicer and more willing to work with your needs on Martin Way. The Manager gave us the stupid canned message that they are two different owners and that is why you can substitute there and not here. When we explained toast is cheaper than meat, that financially it works out in ihops favor, the manager said you cannot substitute anywhere else around here… Umm, both of us were born and raised here, we substitute stuff all the time!!! Go to the IHOP on Martin Way.

Music was too loud, employees had to yell«door» when entering the kitchen area, they came and filled the syrup as we ate. Poor poor poor.

I went to IHOP because I knew it was open. I was seated shortly and given coffee not long after that. I ordered a strawberry and banana stack and enjoyed every bite of it. my servers name was Jamie and she called me hun twice, which made me feel comfortable and safe. the pancakes took a little while to come out through.

We have eaten here a couple of different times now and it’s been consistently good. The coffee is always super hot when they bring you your cup and pot, and it’s good. We have tried the Split Decision meal and it was tasty… if you can’t decide between pancakes or French toast it’s a great choice… plus you get bacon and sausage! Their original French toast is yummy, especially with a side of bacon(the meal doesn’t come with a side). My husband tried their bacon burger off of the lunch menu and said it was pretty good as well. The first time I ordered the original French toast, the waitress we had heated some syrup up for me which I thought was super nice of her considering she was really really busy. The second time the waitress didn’t bring any so I’m guessing that’s just up to your server. The eggs here are on and off, sometimes they can be super rubbery but on the flip side, I have had tasty eggs from here. Overall I think this is a good location and we will gladly continue to visit!

Was craving breakfast and there wasn’t many options when the hubby and I were running errands… I got the country fried steak meal and a salted caramel coffee. The salted caramel coffee was sooooo good!!! The country fried steak I had was on the fatty side… It was disappointing, but at least the pancakes and hash browns were yummy! The server was super nice and attentive. I would go here again, but I wouldn’t order the country fried steak again.

This used to be my favourite Ihop location. They have new waitresses now, and they are imcompetent. I gave it not one, not two but 4 chances after the last unpleasant experience. I hate to give bad reviews as I prefer to give a positive one anyways, but the quality of this location has been decreasing tremendously. Needless to say, I will try to not return to this location unless they plan on improving it.

Went in Sunday morning for breakfast. Had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. It was a very busy morning. It looked like they didn’t have enough staff and the food took a long time. What’s funny is that my toast took even longer, by the time it came my food was cold and unattractive. The waitress was stressed out and a bit unapologetic. Missed church service that morning because of how slow everything went. Other than that, it’s a decent place. Just try to avoid going there on Sunday mornings.

Well I was not impressed in anyway shape or form. I had the biscuits and gravy … First I love good BnG … this one was sub par. It’s plain milk gravy no sausage or flavor for that matter. Once i got my food it was not hot barely warm. Then my bacon was so over cooked it basically turned to dust as I bit into it. I can honestly say this is probably the last time I will be into this ihop and this experience will make me hesitant to go into another one.

So we waited for about 30 minutes to get a table(3 of us) which was fine, an additional 15 minutes to order our food, not even from our server, i ask for a water, i get a water with food stuck in my glass, i have worked in restaurants before so i didnt freak out, i politely asked the server for a new glass, he rudley gives me the glass of water he was bringing to the table behind me, picks up my cup and says with an attitude, want your straw? I was disgusted and appauled at his terrible service and lack of common sense, why would i want the straw from my dirty cup. So my husband and i grabbed our daughter and left. We will not be returning there. EVER. He was not the only server that was rude to us either. I DONOT recommend that you go here.

Restaurant was slammed — I am okay with that, and understand the 45 minute wait. I am not okay with no roasted red pepper on my spinach and roasted red pepper griddle melt sandwich, my father’s undercooked bacon, or the fact that despite the rush was over once our food was delivered, our waitress never checked in with us. You can do better, IHOP.

I’ve been here more than a few times over the last few years. This time was on a Saturday morning at 9AM and surprise, it wasn’t packed, nor was it busy. The wait staff did a great job taking care of us. When our waitress wasn’t there, another jumped in to keep us take us taken care of, it was nice! The food was good, not spectacular or out of the ordinary. It came quickly and was well-prepared. As mentioned, I’ve been here before; I am sure I will return again in the future.

This place became our go-to breakfast and breakfast-for-dinner place really quickly. It rarely ever took long for our orders to come out. The servers were always friendly. I was never given the wrong food or drink. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered quite a bit from the menu over the 2 years I lived in Olympia, and I was never ever disappointed. Even on the busier days(like Sundays at noon), we still got our food in a timely manner and it was never undercooked or cold. I highly recommend the stuffed french toast and the turkey bacon. And the cinnastack pancakes. And the brioche french toast. And pretty much everything else. I live in Missouri now, and we have IHOPs here, but I will miss the ease of that location and the friendly staff.

We stopped here because my husband loves ihop. Sadly the food was a mess. When I received my blueberry pancakes, they had mangled one and hid it on the bottom. There was a leaf in my hash browns. They kindly offered to give us the military discount for our troubles… My husband is in the navy. Sad. Very sad
