I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Being my first time there they talked with me explaining what they offered and tried to see what I would like. I ended up getting their turkey sandwich without tomatoes and mayo. It was delicious, whatever is in the dressing they add to the sandwich is very tasty. I’d definitely eat there again.

The food is good. The mustard was awesome. Everything else was like a cafeteria. It seemed like only one person was working… which was probably a wise scheduling decision since no one was in the place at lunch time.

This place is seriously delicious! The food is obviously fresh and not processed. I love this place, I want more people to come so it stays in business! All of the meat is delicious I can’t even recommend one specifics because it is l so yummy! The spiral hams are great for holidays or any special occasion but the eat in café is so great also.

Went here last Friday night. Ordered the pepper mill chicken sandwich for me and a classic ham for my son. After we’d paid, the cashier came back out and said they’d just run out of tomatoes(we were the only ones in the store) and was it ok if we had no tomatoes? I said ok(I’d already paid with a honey baked gift card that the cashier had trouble figuring out how to use). I then asked the«manager», a young girl if she could comp us something for be missing tomatoes. She shrugged her shoulders and said«extra lettuce»? Both my son and I definitely noticed the lack of tomatoes. Those sandwiches were designed to have tomatoes and it showed. Disappointed in the lack of preparation(not telling me before I paid) and poor customer service in not making up for it. Staff needs training(including the«manager»)…

Love the roast beef round up sandwich. I go there often and all ways have fast good service. I recommend the sandwiches to any one who like a good sandwich.

I found myself craving ham this evening but my husband was not having the same craving. My solution was nestled between a delicious honey roll with mustard, mayo, tomato, lettuce, and swiss cheese. I also got a small cup of split pea soup that really was as good as home made. I really would also like to mention that the guy behind the counter was awesome. I walked in at 5:59 when they close at 6pm. He was good humored about still having one minute on the clock before he locked us in. :o) He suggested the soup and filled my cup so full that it was almost overflowing. He warned me when I took the top off to be careful. They have a huge selection of sandwiches and a couple of different soups everyday. So if you are thinking this place is only there for you on Thanksgiving or Easter, think again! Drop by the next time you are wanting a soup and sandwich combo for lunch — you are going to get slices of the same delicious spiral ham or the juicy turkey breasts that you get when you buy the big stuff. I am thoroughly pleased with my visit.

I purchased a living social voucher for 15.00 which was supposed to be worth 30.00 worth of turkey or ham breast. I went in to redeem my voucher and was given a turkey that was worth 23.00. I asked the lady working for one closer to 30.00 as my voucher was worth 30.00. They didnt have any others. I asked if they could give the 7.00 in credit or other store merchandise then since my voucher was for 30.00 not 23.00. She said there was nothing else she could do. I find it very dishonest to offer a deal and then not honor it. I did purchase a sandwich prior to finding this out and have to say it was very delicious. The turkey breast was also very delicious. But the mere fact that I was shorted 7.00 makes me mad. I know it is only 7.00 but it the principle of the matter. If you offer a deal, stand by it, dont get someone in your store and then do the bait and switch. Dishonest and irritating. I doubt I will go back for this very reason.

We just had lunch from Honey Baked Ham near the mall. Excellent. I had the turkey olé which was nice and zingy with its chipotle mayo and banana peppers. Jenny had the smoked stacker which will serve her for two meals with its ham, bacon and cheddar never-mind all the other toppings. Steve Hyer, one of the owners was running the register and runs a tasty operation! Plus nearby businesses get 10% off.

Sick of the unsatisfying Subway? Want something different but healthy? Try it for lunch. This is your place. A meal is about the same as Subway. Chips included with the sandwich. Real meat. With flavor. Not just ham either. Turkey, bacon, salads, cookies, soups, etc.

My boyfriend and I recently discovered this new sandwich and meat shop in West Olympia. We are generally very critical of Olympia restaurants, and we were both very impressed with the quality of the ham we sampled. We took home a couple slices of their honeybaked ham(@ $ 9.99/lb.) to make our own sandwiches, but we have not yet tried the sandwiches they make in the shop. They look fabulous though! We will definitely be back for some more of their delicious deli meat to take home, and I will update my review once I have the opportunity to try their café sandwiches.
