Excellent grub, fair prices, good people, great atmosphere, good liquor and beer selection. Bartenders are on top of things. Love when they have music on the deck out back in the summer! Best damn Kimche ever! Our weekday local spot…

Easily the best bar/pub on the Westside of Olympia… Super friendly staff, from the owner on down, seal the deal. The food is above average for pub grub, and the owner often features Korean inspired dishes which ad some needed spice, no pun intended. The crowd is casual, and very eclectic, in a good way. You’ll enjoy your visit and there’s an outdoor deck to boot.

Horrid dive bar — expensive jukebox — no karaōke — even more horrible customers. Don’t do it unless you are with loads of friends and want to be bored to tears.

Celebrated 61st birthday at Buzz’s dive on the Puget Sound! Pool, beer, and rain. Seahawks on the tele.

A decent pub at the very bottom of the Puget Sound next to a historical marker about Lieutenants Whidby and Puget working with the natives to get thru winter. Good food. Bar fare. Clean and a nice deck. A real nice place to watch tides and be merry.

Love this place. Been going there for years. Food is good, not bar good, good as on I can eat here and feel like I had a great meal. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is the best. I highly recommend this to any one that is interested in a low key place you can have fun meeting local people.

My favorite place to stop and eat in Olympia! I love dive bars so this was a hidden gem for me. Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable, and the food is what you would expect. Jen(one of the bartenders) is phenomenal and makes you feel so warm and welcomed. I can’t say enough nice things about this place!

I like Buzz’s. It’s not fancy, but it is definitely a cut above the usual dive bars. Reasonable prices, pretty good food, pretty good service. You could do worse.

I don’t go here often, because we’re not heavy drinkers, but sometimes just want some pub grub. As a resident of the Steamboat area, Character’s fits the bill when necessary, but does not always cut it, and I have heard that the food is pretty darn good at Buzz lately, so tried it again. Food good(for tavern food), prices fair. Also, love the Mud Bay view(yes, I will be the one watching GBH). In comparison to Character’s Corner, food and view better, but no family dining, and no wi-fi. Dang it. I want it all. I do NOT expect wi-fi in good restaurants, but think it should be fair game at roadside taverns.

2 disabled people who went to have lunch there were refused service for no stated reason — recommend going elsewhere — like Annie’s for example. Female manager lost this local business a lot of money, so we are glad they don’t need money! This used to be our regular spot. Never going again. Good luck!

I’m not a regular. The service was great, food was good too. We had a total of 5 beers, 3 of their ‘shuttle shots’ Popsicles(get the red one), an order of potstickers and an order of tater tots all for $ 35. I will be back!

Even on a moderately busy Saturday night our service was good, and the bar offered great amenities. Pool tables, Pinball, Karaōke, and a outdoor deck. They were always quick to see if we needed another beer or anything else. The food was ok. I was in a strange mood so i tried the«Korean» hot wing pieces and potato skins. The sauce on the wings was mostly ketchup and spice. Really they were surprisingly hot for a guy who enjoys real 5 star Thai. The potato skins have a big piece of Canadian bacon on them, to make up for the extremely scarce bacon bits. Everything is pretty inexpensive at least. The people watching here was fabulous. It seriously made our evening a huge success!

Early mothers day dinner. Kinda mediocre compared to other visits, service is kinda slow and the steak was grainy & chewy. Wife’s salad was exceptional though.

Good drinks, good food, pull tabs, shuffle board, and pool tables. What more could you ask for? Will definitely come here again!

Tina is by far the rudest person ever. She’s well known for being rude. Ignores you and takes her time. There will be no one in the abs she didn’t even a knowledge you. I love going to Buzz’s, but won’t go because in afraid she’ll be there. I even still tipped well hoping maybe ic would get better service. Nope that doesn’t happen. After speaking with people at other places she is well known for it. It’s too bad. I really loved going the.

Whatever. Ignore the other whiners and their reviews. I have always enjoyed my time at Buzzs. I have never had complaints about service. Sometimes there is only one bartender during a slow time and happens to get busy. No need for being impatient, go enjoy their patio or play some shuffleboard. They have the best bar food. It’s consistently consistent. If they have teriyaki chicken as a food special, get it! Don’t be scared. Buzzs…my favorite bar in Olympia.

Prices are ridiculous. I haven’t paid $ 8.50 for a Makers in my life. I might as well go to Seattle. Service has slid downhill as well. Guy walks out of the kitchen with a badass plate of nachos… I say I would like an order and he barks that the kitchen is closed. Really??? Also pay as you go. They have tried to charged me for drinks I didn’t order twice. Must be a policy…
