Shrimp BLT was horrible(a few tiny pink salad shrimp) and they actually forgot the bacon, service and outside deck ambiance was great.

While a very nice view, and a wonderful server, we were frankly really disappointed with the food. Over priced $ 7.50 tiny bowl of poor clam chowder. $ 30 steak that had sides that were not that tasty. I guess we expected more.

Great place to take out of town guests due to marina /boardwalk location and beautiful views. Our server was excellent and cheerfully checked with kitchen regarding food allergies. Food was tasty from steaks to perfectly prepared asparagus to fish and chips to dessert.

Love this place! I had the crab cakes & my boyfriend had the lobster fettuccini. Omg it was SO good! I absolutely loved my crab cakes & the view out the windows of the water front is so pretty and romantic. Our waitress was awesome. I wish I remembered her name. She was really pretty & very attentive. I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again.

I’ve been craving a great piece of fish for weeks, and I talked my partner into going to Anthony’s because they have a lot of seafood choices. I got Mahi with macadamia nut butter. The fish was bland, the nuts were haphazardly strewn around the plate, and butter wasn’t melted, so a couple of the nuts were just kind of stuck to the butter blob. My veggies were stone cold, and my Bleu cheese salad was dripping with so much dressing that it was inedible. The view was nice. The meal was $ 28, plus an extra dollar to sub the inedible salad for rice. All in all, it was a sad, sad dinner.

This restaurant was highly recommended and rightfully so. Sits right on the pier and boasts ceiling to floor Windows from wall to wall offering every seat a view of the beautiful scenery. Their service was outstanding and prices are hard to beat with steak and lobster tail for less than $ 30. Amazing tasting seafood and clam chowder. Locally brewed draft available and they all are excellent. Folks here take pride in their brew and I wish I could take some back home!

Good food… But it was all cold. Party of 40, all steaks cold, tasty, but cold. Waiters were nice, wine okay.

I love this place. The sunset dinners are my fav. If you get there before 6pm on a week night, they offer a four course meal(appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert.) for $ 21.99 Lots of things to choose from in that menu. Try it!

Great scenery, good food, and badass bathrooms! This will be my go to restaurant when I have company. When I went, I requested outdoor seating(have a service dog) and the view is awesome, especially when it’s sunny. My dog really enjoyed people watching with other dogs. The food was really good. I ordered cod and chips and they also provided fresh fruit and coffee cake before the meal. The cod was delicious. The fish was really fresh and perfectly battered. The«chips» looked like McDonald’s French fries, but were pretty crispy and not extremely salty. What I was really impressed about was the bathroom. When I went in, I was in awe. I came in on a Sunday, and there were small TVs right above the urinal playing the football game. The lighting was dim which gives you a more relaxed feeling while relieving yourself. Just awesome lol. Overall, Anthony’s is a great restaurant in my book. They easily earned 5 stars.

So saw the recommendation from Anthony Bourdain’s show layover in seattle. We attempted to stop and get a drink while we were at the airport but totally mistook the location to be pre-security and had to get luggage. So our last meal, we went to this location. Place was very nice and roomy and we were seated overlooking the water which was a plus. The staff was very friendly and I ordered the fresh salmon for the day and man oh man, it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the lingcod and his dad ordered the rockfish and of course we all tried their chowder. I mean freshness of the seafood you can’t really complain. Service was excellent and we got to try their bloody mary before our take off in seatac on 9⁄20 and will definitely be back the next time were in town.

We had a great Sunday afternoon experience! We sat at the bar and had an awesome experience. The bartender so soooooo friendly and accommodating. Apparently, post-brunch is a bit sketchy on what is and isn’t served. The bartender gave us menus and assured us we could order at will. The roasted pear martini… YUM! Holy sugar rush! The Caesar ordered by my friend was not as well received. But easily addressed! The food was great… Two bleu cheese salads, the Hawaiian Nachos and the mussels… Perfectly portioned dishes and absolutely delicious! The bartender was really what set this experience apart. She was so sweet and accommodating!

I’m worried about my communication skills. I was having the killer Peach Slump at the bar and one of the servers came over and said«isn’t that great? I think I’ve has fifteen of those this season». I replied with«yes, aren’t they great, tonight is their last night», and she disappeared like a rocket. I think I was supposed to hear«I think I’ve has fifteen of those this season, perhaps I over indulged.» Okay, I’m a guy and we’re always accused of not really listening, But what I really heard was… Too much of a good thing is a really good thing!

Went to Anthony’s last Friday with a group of work friends and my family. I expected to pay a lot of money for food and drinks, but at the end of the night was extremely surprised, 3 adult entrees, 1 shared kid entrée, two appetizers, wine, beer and desert for less than $ 200! The appetizers we ordered were the shrimp cocktail and a cup of clam chowder. The chowder was tasty, but nothing spectacular. The shrimp cocktail was not what I was expecting, but was very well presented on a bed of lettuce and chopped up celery. I ordered the cod, for my entrée and was sadly a little disappointed with the lack of flavor, but the fish was extremely fresh and the sides were delicious. My mom ordered a steak and it looked great. She said that it was cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. My wife ordered the halibut, and her dish was the star of the night. The fish cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and the presentation was superb. In fact all our dishes were plated with care and an eye for perfection. The service was great, though a tad slow at times. The place was busy and we were in no rush. The atmosphere was buzzing with the kind of low level talk background noise you hear at restaurants, and when I looked around I saw people having a good time. The restaurant sits near a marina and has a great seating area with large windows. Those windows open on a great view of the marina environment. All in all, this is a great place to come and get great appetizers, dinner and drinks with friends in a casual environment, for a very fair price.

Really, I have to say… the food here appeals to people with unadventurous palates. My in-laws consider it the best in town. I love them and respect them dearly, but these are people who eat veggies and cheese sauce from cans. It’s in a pretty location. It’s priced so that those folks who rarely eat anywhere interesting feel like they’re getting something great. They’re not, especially at lunch. I had a pretty acceptable piece of seared Ahi here once. It also cost more than an AMAZING piece of seared Ahi costs in a luxury beachfront restaurant in Maui. Seriously. I’m not joking. There is no excuse for that. If you want a view, ambiance and interesting food, you’re better off at Dockside or Swing.

My wife and I were recently in Olympia for a wedding and decided to go out for a «nice» meal. Based on the reviews, Anthony’s seemed like an obvious choice. Unfortunately, the best I can describe Anthony’s is «upscale Denny’s». We called and asked for reservations at 7:30 for two, the hostess asked us if 7:45 was ok, which as said would work. Our thought was that we were lucky to get that as they must have been almost booked up being it was a Saturday night! Upon our arrival we were a little taken aback. The restaurant was half empty, so we were unsure why we couldn’t get the time we requested. In fact, in the section we were seated, we were only one of two couples in the entire section! The restaurant itself is very open, and unfortunately also very loud. For whatever reason they have their waiter station in the middle of the floor so you constantly hear the clattering of silverware and the clanging of dishes. When we asked the waiter what he would recommend, he said the crab cakes were the best. We ordered those as well as the calamari as our appetizer. The calamari was good, but the crab cake left little to be desired. It was obviously deep fried and I found several pieces of crab shell in the meat while eating it. My wife and I both ordered pasta dishes(Seafood Pasta and Dungeness Crab Linguini). Both were OK flavor wise, but again I found several pieces of crab shell in my pasta. Between the crab cakes and the pasta, I would say the seafood is fresh but poorly cleaned. Based on the dinner, we decided to skip dessert. All in all, we were very disappointed as we expected more. This is not an upscale restaurant, it’s a notch above Denny’s. If you’re looking for a nice sit down meal, you might want to look elsewhere. Side note: Our table was very, tacky? Sticky? We couldn’t slide anything across the table, we’re unsure if this is purposeful or due to cleanliness? Just felt like it would be something worth mentioning.

Ponzu salmon was good. I really enjoyed the salad and rice that came with it. And the Slump is a wonderful dessert! And the clam chowder= YUMMY!

We stopped here on a Friday Night for my wife’s birthday, and ended up leaving rather disappointed. The pricing was OK, but poor cleanliness, poor service, and mediocre food means we won’t be back. The majority of their«Fresh and local» daily menu was explicitly frozen items from elsewhere. My $ 35 King Salmon was overcooked, and my wife’s Steak was overpriced for the size and quality. The worst part, however, was the side items. My wife’s was served with mashed potatoes that she says tasted old, and mine came with a potato dish that sounded amazing on the menu(scalloped russet potatoes with a ribbon of sweet potatoes and gruyère cheese) but mediocre in execution. Combined with a server that never brought us a basket of the delicious sourdough bread(a reocurring issue, looking at the other reviews), the 15 minutes we waited after eating before they noticed we were ready for our check, and the lipstick-residue covered water glasses waiting for us on the table, we will not be back.
