I love this place. 2nd year in a row staying here. Super convenient to the beach, right across the street from the best breakfast in OC, staff is kind, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean, air conditioning works great. Perfect place for an OC trip.

Clean as can be! Great place to stay. Friendly owners /​staff. Great pool. Attached diner. Awesome location. Wifi can be a little better. They gave a small game room for the kids. (Ping pong) Just an awesome experience!!!

Feasterville-Trevose, PA
As far as motels go, this was a winner. Only stayed one night but I found the hotel to be fantastic! The staff is very accommodating, polite and professional. The price is a little steep but when you factor in the locations, the pool, the staff and the rooms, it was well worth it! .
As for the room, it was large, comfortable and clean.
I have stayed at other motels in the same vicinity and did not find them to be as nice as the Forum! I will stay there again
